Paul and Koy the owners always make you feel welcome. Newly vamped Menu has a good choice of reasonably priced Western and Khmer food. Great placefor a Cold Sundowner.

This is a simple cafe with comfy chairs. We were given a great welcome by the owner, Paul, and enjoyed a jug of icy cold draught beer for $3. We ate Amok Chicken and Tom Yum seafood. Both were delicious. A very relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely go again. Good value.

Well, if you've read some of the other reviews, you know about Paul, the personable Australan owner, and his friendly staff/family, so all I can do on that front is echo the positive comments that have been made. What I would like to add is that we sat at a table overlooking the river for three hours, sipped some wine,... More

Nice sunset views, comfortable lounge seats and a very friendly Australian owner who helps take care of the three Cambodian brothers who work and live here. We had lunch and dinner and both were great. Try the Amok with fish, it is the best. Would highly recommend!

The Fragipani's selling point is easily the beautiful staff and the owner Paul. My friends and I came in for dinner just after arriving in Kampot and not only was the food delicious but the conversation too! Paul gave us so much local knowledge about the area and introduced us to his lovely Khmer staff/family who he looks after so... More

We arrived in Kampot and went here to eat and find somewhere to stay. The service was really good and you have a nice view of the river. The food was lovely and the staff really went above and beyond in helping us, they even called a guesthouse for us to see if there was room. We returned to the... More

To be honest we weren't expecting too much but were very pleasantly surprised. We had fish and chips and really enjoyed it. Everyone is right...the beer is cold too! Highly recommended and good staff.

We kept returning here during our three night stay in Kampot due to the friendliness of the owner and the coldest beer in Cambodia! The glasses are frozen so the beer stays cold for ages, didn't even check out any other bars! Also it's a great place to watch the sun go down over the river. Had a ham and... More

Great food, warm and friendly service, ice cold beer, plus sensational location. The owner Paul made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our night, plus was full of interesting information.
