I always order the 3 piece dark and I'm always satisfied. The staff is so courteous. Sometimes when I do not want to cook, I stop by after work (since it's in walking distance to my job) and pick up dinner for my family. Boston Market is delicious but its' also expensive. I'd love to see their prices deflate a... More

this chain has been around for a long time - they need to go back on a growth pattern - just love the pot pies and the din din's.

I love Boston Market! At the Greensboro location, the food is consistently scrumptious and the service is friendly and efficient. The speed of service compares to fast-food, but the quality of the food compares to a sit-down restaurant. I especially recommend Market Bowls. My favorite combinations are rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and corn, and turkey with green beans and... More

I ran in after a dog show to get my dog a nice treat for doing so well. The counter people were very nice and helpful. They were efficient and very fast. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes and that was with two other customers ahead of me.

I liked Boston Market's food but stopped eating at this site due to poor service in the first part of 2011. I happened to be in the area last night and decided to give it another shot. The restaurant was almost full but service was quick and efficient. I had the meatloaf dinner with loaded mashed potatoes and French beans.... More

Every time we're in Greensboro, my son insists we eat at Boston Market. He loves the Mac and cheese. I love the vegetables and corn bread. They've had a couple of menu changes we didn't like, but most of our favorites are still there. Store cleanliness is hit and miss. We usually take out.

Okay, it's just a Boston Market. You probably already know what to expect of the food here. Decent food at reasonable prices, HOWEVER... the service here varies from okay to miserable. You can wait in line for 15 minutes, get to the front of the line, and then be told they have no turkey. YIKES! Okay, but then they say... More
