Wish I knew of this place sooner!

Hit up Giacomo's for the first time at lunch. The eggplant hot sub was awesome. Rice balls were good - Cannoli was phenomenal as was the tiramisu. The food is great - service even better! The place is small - they could expand the seating area 10 fold and probably still be full. Recommend you... read more

Giacometti makes fantastic salami and specialty Italian take home meals. I mentioned it to a client from Philadelphia with an Italian heritage. He laughed at me. Then we went there for lunch and he ended up taking 5 or 6 salamis home on his flight. I think of that as a great testimonial to Giacomo's

This is a wonderful Italian deli. The cheese selection is wonderful. Their in store made meats are to die for and the sandwiches are out of this world. Try their homemade pasta wow. Will keep going back here for sure!

Although it's fantastic for authentic Little Italy quality food, the best is to order a sandwich at lunch like an Italian sausage and devour it's sloppy spicy goodness before leaving on one of the little tables. It just doesn't get any better

We so enjoyed our visit to Giacomo's. The Paulie Walnut sandwich is out of this world good! I have to say the meatball subs were disappointing as the meatballs were over cooked and a little hard from it. I've heard others complain about the meatballs so just don't order that. The ham is wonderful and the deli meat sandwiches are... More

Great Yankee style deli. Real small place, but great selection of meats and sides. Had a bruscino sandwich, olives, and seafood salad. Everything was great, and would definitely go to again when in the area. Would go to all the time if I lived nearby

I ran out of time and energy one afternoon and stopped by Giacomo's. He was there and said "don't worry about dinner, I'll cook for you"....he wasn't kidding! I went home with a fresh baked tray of the most delicious eggplant parmesan, fresh pasta and sauce and sausage bread - the only bad thing was I had to ride in... More

Love, love, love this place. The sandwiches are amazing. The sausages are soooo much better than others. If you are a lover of Italian food, you will love this place. Most of their business is take-out, although there are a few little tables inside if you want to sit and eat. Ambiance is more Italian grocery than restaurant, but the... More

Bar none, the very tastiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Generous and authentic, fresh cured meats (this is not an oxymoron) scrumptious cheeses, perfect bread, long on garlic, and flavored San Pellegrino. Delish!

We have traveled all over and never expected to find such an authentic Italian Market right here in NC. We greatly enjoyed the meatball Parmesan, the Italian Stallion, and a Pauletta (grilled eggplant) sandwiches. We also ate some pasta salad with diced ham and salami that was delicious. The tomatoes and mozzarella was outstanding as were the olives. If I... More
