Becoming a favorite!

We went to this place several months ago after buying a Groupon and recently went back for a date night. It's quickly becoming a favorite for us. I'm Italian and have grown up with a lot of really good Italian food, so I can be a bit picky about it. The two times I've gone I've kept with pretty... read more

We had friends in town from out of state. They were staying at a hotel near the restaurant and we thought we would eat nearby. Everyone placed their orders with no deviation from the menu. My friend had one request and that was to serve the pasta on the side. Our server said that is the way they always serve... More

I LOVE Italian food! So saying this really great Italian food is hard to find and good service even harder.well let me tell you this place had AWESOME Italian food and GREAT service. We arrived after 930 on a Saturday night and I must say I was a little skeptical seeing so get cars.We were greeted fat and seated by a... Loved the food but the ambience is non-existent. This place is always empty, which is a real shame. First time I went the server gave me a salad that was well past its prime, which I did not eat. Haven't seen a bad salad or that server since. If the manager reads this, I recommend that invite a few of... More

I ate at Villa Rosa while staying at a nearby hotel. I read the TripAdvisor reviews of nearby restaurants and this seemed the best. It was a Sunday night so quiet and mostly empty. It appears to be a family-owned restaurant. I was greeted warmly by Emmalina who was the hostess and also my server. She advised me on a... More

Started at Tripps and left quickly...this Italian restaurant is the real thing! Fresh, nothing frozen, and they are very accomodating to requests. I started at Tripps, which was gross, there's really no other word for it...and coming to this local restaurant was divine!

We went here recently, because we had an Attractions Book coupon for dinner. We had been to the restaurant several years ago, and it had been good. Upon arrival, we learned by a sign on the door that no coupons were being accepted due to the Furniture Market being in town. This was disappointing, but we decided to stay anyway.... More

We had a lunch here and their lunch menu was terrific value. My wife ordered a lasagne which was fresh and excellent and a very generous portion, given that it was lunch time, and the price reduced accordingly. Very good service from the young man waiting on us. We later ordered a pizza for take out, supper time, and that... More

My wife bought a Groupon for this place several weeks ago, and we decided to use it on a Saturday evening. The Groupon entailed shelling out ten bucks for a $20 certificate. Upon arriving, there was a note on the door which appeared to say that because of Furniture Market (a local event) they wouldn't be accepting any coupons. We... More
