This used to be one of my frequent places to eat in town. However my last three in restaurant visits and one take away order has resulted in customer service failures. What happened here over the past 6 months? We waited a very long time just for the initial salads to be brought over. So late the manager came and... More

We showed up on Tuesday @ 7p. Four adults, two kids. Few tables occupied. Seated quickly, but that's it for speed. Waitress showed up to ask for drink orders. 20-25 minutes later, drinks arrived. Standard order fare, like kids burger meal and appetizers, took an additional 40 minutes. Burgers overcooked and chatted. Salads missing dressing and/or wrong salad delivered. Waitress... More

I don't normally like to review the national chain restaurants, but I have to make an exception here. I usually visit this location because it is more convenient for me, located as it is near the intersection of Westover Terrace and Green Valley Road. On this occasion, we started with the bacon cheddar cheese fries which come with a ranch... More

Went to this restaurant for our 30th anniversary. There was good and not so good. We just happened to go on a night when the blooming onions were free for everyone, which was nice and tasted good. Our main meal, however, was lacking. I ordered chicken breasts and mashed potatoes. My plate came with a small dollop of potatoes and... More

For years I have been a fan of Outback Steakhouse. Their service was great, and the menu was varied with high quality food. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been a disappointment. The sides and chicken dishes are still excellent, but their steaks appear thinner and are generally "overcooked". The strips and filets use to be thick cut, but no... More

Unlike most chain restaurants, Outback's food quality exceeds the norm. I like their top sirloin steak, their salad, their Alice Springs chicken, several appetizers, and, if it's not too crowded, their ambiance. But the noise level sometimes influences our dining location, and since we live close by, we do take-out. Good food.

As always the restaurant is packed every time so be patience .... The service was good in the beginning but by the time we order the bill we waited for almost 20 minutes. I order the full baby back ribs and they were chewy and not tender , my husband order the ribeye and was great size and well prepared,... More

this location on battleground is atrocious - they seem to not care anymore about who / what / how they serve food. I would not feed the food coming out of their kitchen to my dog, cat, or worse enemy.
