Was looking for relatively inexpensive Italian food close to the Greensboro Science Center and came across Positano's. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the restaurant had a very home-y atmosphere and it felt like an actual Italian cucina. Our server was fantastic, always stopped by whenever we needed anything, gave us some background on food and drinks, and was willing... More

This restaurant serves the best Italian restaurant in town. The Chicken Carbonara is wonderful. The veal dishes are excellent! The wait staff are knowledgeable about the food and provide excellent service. The decor is pleasant and clean.

This restaurant is always busy, so we thought we would give it a try. The service is great. A bit tight between tables and a bit loud. The drinks were quite good as was the bruschetta. Bread and dipping oil great too. But the main meals were disappointing as are many Italian meals in this area. The chefs simply do... More

This is a small Italian restaurant tucked away in a shopping center. The restaurant was not busy when I went and my party was quickly seated. After looking over the menu, I chose my typical chicken parmigiana. I would say it was pretty normal fare and the portion size was large. Overall, if you are looking for Italian this is... More

My husband and I were here last year and we were disappointed. However on this last visit we were surprised. The food was definitely better as well as the portion size which was my biggest complaint last time. I don't know if the owners of the establishment read these reviews but I do have a suggestion. Please include the salads... More

This restaurant is along the lines of Elizabeths except tables are crowded together and noisy. Food was not as good as Elizabeths. Our waiter was trying, but he was too presumptuous and thought he knew what we needed instead of asking. At one point, he whizzed by and said, "You need water!" and I shouted "HEY, HEY, HEY!" to get... More

Having not found a substitute for Bianca's, I am constantly looking for a good replacement and I may have found it in Positano. Will visit again soon!

This was our first time dining at Positano's and the experience will keep us coming back. It may be in a strip mall, but the decor and atmosphere inside is perfect for family dining, or a special night out. I ordered my favorite Veal Parmigiana and my husband ordered the manicotti. I've tried many Italian restaurants trying to find a... More

We placed one of the most complicated orders ever. The server remembered it all and the kitchen executed flawlessly. The food was hot, tasty and plentiful. And they have Morreti beer on tap. Plus the wine selection is good and the server was spot on.

We love Positano. Service has always been kind and prompt and the food is great. About once a month we get a craving for it and head out the door. We have never left disappointed and will keep going back.
