Almost perfect New Years Eve dinner

We were a table of 4 adults and 2 teenagers for 7pm. They appeared to have crammed as many tables as possible into the restaurant for the evening. I had never seen this many tables in there before. Our server Gary was GREAT! He was quick to get our orders, he was very personable and friendly... read more

We have been going to Imperial Koi for several years. I have always appreciated the quality of the food, the presentation, and the service. But now their pricing has gotten to be ridicules. Rolls are now 15 to 20 dollars each. At least 25 percent more than most other sushi places. It is just that much better than everywhere else.... More

I have eaten sushi from New York to Beijing and you will find none better on the East Coast! The Honda Jet executives come in from Japan, for four weeks a year, and eat here twice a day during their stay. Enough said!

We now live two hours from Greensboro, & we miss Imperial Koi a lot. Whenever the opportunity arises we always return to Imperial Koi & eat on the patio if weather permits. The food & atmosphere are still the greatest.

This is my comfort food, my family place, AND my husband's and my go-to for a romantic dinner. The sushi rolls are fresh and inventive fusion, thank to brilliant chef Chen. Jessica is the best server in Greensboro. Michael is the best maitre d/owner. OMG get the Tiger Lilly roll. The Lobster Tempura and the Flying Fish are epic as... More

This us a gem of a place! The atmosphere is so relaxing, the service fantastic and gge food incredible. You can get good old fashion sushi, but Imperial Koi specializes in fusion syshi: a mix I'd regular rolls with special add ins like mango, jalapeño, and special sauces just to name a few. Trying the Tiger Lily Roll which is... More

Once you drive around the back of the large building that house IK you see a sting of lights and a nice outside patio. You walk right in to a busy yet relaxing atmosphere with dim lighting accompanied with some very modern decor. From the seemingly out-of-place bright green lights to the wall of glass mirrored by a wall of... More

Excellent and creative options for sushi. I really enjoyed the avocado stuffed with spicy salmon. If you have someone that isn't a sushi lover, there are traditional Chinese and Japanese options. I gave it a four vs five because I had to select three wines until I found one they had in stock. Extensive list of wines by the glass... More

We went there for dinner and after being seated no one came by to take our order. Wait staff looked at us and continually walked by. After 15 minutes and other customers being seated and served we left. The hostess was informed and looked surprised. Four wait staff were readily available and they were not busy. We were in business... More
