Great food. Tight space. Friendly but not fast service

So this place is small. And i mean small. Maybe only 6 tables inside us the bar. It has a great, very large outdoor patio and the staff was very friendly. However i only saw 3 servers. We got there about 4pm and had great service until about 5pm right when we were getting ready to leave. And this... read more

This is a must go if you are in the area. My wife and I stopped here for a dinner. We both got salads. My wife had the crabcake salad which was amazing, and I had the Salmon salad which was just as good. We started off with the fried oysters which were the best I've had in a very... More

The Filling Station is a great spot to grab a bite to eat but there's nothing exceptional about it. The space is a little cramped - not their fault, most buildings in the UNCG area are like that. The waitstaff that I had was okay, she was a little bit slow but she was pleasant enough so we didn't mind.... More

Great little diner type experience. Sandwiches are great, sides are creative. Patio seating is refreshing. And, you can get an RC Cola if you like. Charming and tasty!

Perfect place for brunch on the weekends. They give you an abundance of food and the crabcakes are out of this world. Its the only place I know that serves tater tots...talk about a blast from the past.

Delicious food, great outdoor seating, and friendly staff. The patio is pet-friendly. I absolutely love that their children's menu has a dish with turkey, cheese, crackers, apple slices, and craisins. It's as though the manager said to my children, "We're going to put something on this menu specifically for you. Tell me exactly what you want."

We stopped by for a late lunch and opted to eat in the quieter outside covered porch. It wasn't too crowded and we found the service excellent. I had the delicious crab cake. It initially came without any condiment, but I talked with our waiter and she brought the tomato horseradish dressing out, which was a perfect accompaniment. My spouse... More

No reason to go here. Very pretentious. Basically a sandwich place with limited bun/bread selection. Poor lighting at night. No follow up after bringing food. French fries had been sitting out way too long. Don't ask for steak sauce on your angus burger--"they don't serve steak." If you want a hamburger, go to FIve Guys to Red Robin. If you... More

Lindley Park Filling Station is a unique restaurant close to UNC-G's campus. Good beers to choose from, great sandwiches and filling food. The place is an old gas station so its not big. Parking can be a challenge and is limited. Don't miss this neighborhood gem.
