Good Place

Small quaint little place but good atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and who appeared to be the owner was very attentive to patrons. Food is good. Sweet Potato chips were really good. They also had a nice beer selection as well. I have been before and will continue to go back.

Outside of being a super small place there's a lot to like. Good food and good beer selection make it hard not to come out satisfied. But once you frequent the establishment a few times, the menu gets old. Haven't seen many changes in food options. What they serve is really good, would love to see more new creations.

LPFS is a fun, lively restaurant, especially on the weekend, with fast and attentive service, consistently great food, and it won't break the piggy bank.

My husband and I have been going there for years. We love the food and the atmosphere. We like to sit at the bar on Saturdays, eat and watch a game. The staff are a lot of fun and very friendly! Just a great group of kids for us old folks to hang out with.

Decided to try the Filling Station for my birthday dinner. We are vegetarians, and they did have a few dishes available for us. We loved the fried green tomatoes. I thought my mushroom sandwich (I forget the name) was quite good. Loved the sweet potato chips and aioli. My boyfriend, though, wasn't very happy with his veggie burger--found it too... More

OK so the tater tots and French fries were over fried and over salted but oh my the portabella burger was fresh and the mushroom cooked perfectly - no leather here! The hummus was refreshingly tasty and the potato bread light and fluffy. If only they would sort out the potato products...

We swung in before taking in a concert at the nearby coliseum on a Friday night and immediately were seated. I ordered the Summerfield burger and was NOT disappointed. We also had a few different appetizers that were all very tasty and fresh! Glad I found this great little place. Oh and the service, it was great when we were... More

The Filling Station is by far my favorite place in Greensboro. I have never had anything bad. The brunch is delicious, wraps and sandwiches are all great as well. Their tuna salad is one of the best I have ever had. I am always looking at their specials because they are unique and always done perfectly. To top off the... More

Popped in for a quick bite and discovered a change to the menu. A few things removed, a few things added. They still have soup of the day (the beef stew is what a beef stew should be) and my favorite sandwiches appear to have made the cut. I had a new one, the West Market burger. It was a... More

My son and I had dinner last night, he had the roast beef on a bagget...he changes it a bit, but carmalized onions, light flavored mayo...provalone and he added lettuce. He loved it! Had their great frys...boom...he was a happy 14yo! I had a black and blue burger medium well (perfectly cooked with just a smidgen of pink), had a... More
