The guy there working was rude.i know people have bad days but this was bad I work in the same industry and he wouldn't b working for us
We stopped in while staying in Gatlinburg. The restaurant is well off the path of the downtown tourist traps and chain restaurants that all seem to serve the same thing not matter where you are. The pizza crust was a thin, hand-tossed with a good taste of olive oil and spices, and was not overly doughy. The staff was friendly... More
Very good service. Food was good and a reasonable price. Nice to have parking in Gatlinburg. Pizza looked good. We had lasagna.
I'm a pizza lover and my wife and I love eating local pizza when we travel. This place just didn't do it for me. Sauce didn't have a robust taste, was more on the thin crust side so price didn't accommodate the pizza serving, and there wasn't a special taste like popular pizza places have. my wife ordered a plate of beef tip's and noodles and instead she got a plate of half cooked noodles with grey water poor'd over them it looked as disgusting as it sound's we just ask'd for the check and when they ask if everything was ok we said not at all you eat that crap and we left.
The waitress was really kind and did a good job attending to us. The pizza was average. I have definitely had better. Also it was very overpriced. It does have a good location to get away from crowds.
After arriving in town and wanting somewhere away from the busy downtown Gatlinburg we stopped at Ogles Brick Oven. Pizza was excellent. We were impressed with fresh veggies used and the dough and sauce were excellent.
Stopped in for dinner early on a Saturday night. The only other patrons were an older couple. (Made me feel like I was a retiree getting dinner before my 8PM bed time.) The food was OK. Nothing to celebrate. My wife's glass of wine was $10. (Told her to drink slowly.) Prices overall were not bad for a vacation town.... More
The first day of our visit to the area, we were disappointed to find it closed at dinner time with no explanation, but we were even more disappointed that it was open the following evening...it's not as good as it used to be. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Some locals hinted to us that we should... More
