Serve Simple Foods Whatever the specific restaurant concept, the ability to create menu items in a consistently excellent manner is directly related to ease of production and simplicity of presentation. Consistency at a high level is always more important than innovation. Use The Finest quality Ingredients There is no more essential factor in a successful menu program than the quality of ingredients used in food preparation. Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. No Brew Master the Day I went but Great Food

I missed being able to try some of their beers. When I asked for somethi8ng made there, our waitress told me ther Brew Master was not in and there was nothing for me to try. I had a regular Sam Adams. When I was coincered that this place was going to stink, my steak arrived. It was perfectly cooked... read more

I make it a point to eat here every time I go to Gatlinburg. Everything from pizza to sandwiches and a good brew to go with it if you wish. I have been going there from the day it opened. Never disappointed in the food. It is a very popular place and yes you may have to wait in line... More

We were there Super Bowl . A lot of T.Vs. The place were jammed and never missed a beat. Love the atmosphere. The building sets behind Calhouns they brew there own beer. We had a wonderful pizza and wings. The building looks like a old chalet. I love it. There is some seating down stairs but mostly up stars. Most... More

The beer flights are definitely a great deal here. The pizzas are not bad but are definitely overpriced. $17 for a meatless 12" pizza is just a little silly. The place was crowded, but we did not have any wait on a Friday night which was great. It was also really convenient to have a couple hours worth of free... More

We only had to wait about 20mins to be seated. The service was average but they were very busy-it was a Friday night. I wanted a mixed drink, but the waiter informed me they had lost their liqueur license for a week. The food came out pretty fast but it was only ok...nothing spectacular.

The service was really good, as was the food and beer. One of the better priced establishment's in the area. Will definitely be back!

Wife and I decided on stopping in The Brewery after a 4 mile hike in the area. We are locals, and this has become a routine with us, hike then celebrate after hike at The Brewery, Lol. Wife got the Portobello Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries with water to drink and I got the Wet Wings and a large mug... More

We stopped in for lunch after viewing their website and we're very disappointed. First of all we had to tackle stairs to get to the bar (we are both partially disabled) only to find they had no alcohol for sale. ABC had shut them down for serving minors and could.not sell booze. They sold have told.us when we walked in.... More

I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on your recent visit to our restaurant. One of our servers did get caught in an ABC sting. Unfortunately the server did not do their job properly and it cost them their job and our liquor license for one week. We have since moved on and now have a... More

We love breweries, in Florida we visited a lot of different ones and I couldn't leave town without trying this one. Ambience is nice, outside looks better than the inside. There was a kid of game happening when we get there, several questions about everything whoever gets more right answers get credits, very nice. There were not too much tables,... More

Decent beer and fried pickles, but the rest of the food selection was just like any other place that you can go anywhere else. Maybe because it was Saturday afternoon and very crowded, but the service was very slow. I got a burger, and my girlfriend got a pizza. Neither was impressive.
