I'm giving this a better than average rating simply because of the beer. It was pretty damn good. The food, it was bad, a bit over priced as I noticed a lot of the tourist town places are.

We went during dinner and had to wait only 20 minutes to be seated. Our server was spotty. He started great then seemed to forget about us halfway through our meal. I had to flag him down to get our check. The food was hit and miss. The pretzels and beer cheese were great! The mashed potatoes were pretty impressive.... More

My fiance and I went here for lunch. Definitely get the pretzals. They are awesome. Great service and really good homemade beer.

My family and I took a rare trip to Pigeon Forge,Tennessee. On the advice of one of my administrative staff and Trip Advisor,we decided we would eat dinner at Smoky Mountain Brewery. We all had different entrees,I ordered the spicy ribs and a cold beer. The ribs were very good, along with the fries served underneath them. The service was excellent and the waiter was... We ordered chicken quesadilla appetizer and their brewery club salad. The bad start was the dirty forks we each got, my wife actually recd two dirty forks. The food itself was good, salad was large, lots of veggies on top of the salad, as well as bacon and ham. The chicken quesadilla was also tasty. The accompanying dipping sauce was... More

My husband and I stopped here after hearing good things from some locals. Beer was pretty good, the big city Reuben was the best I've ever had! Service was slow but kind. I'd order to go next time. Worth a visit

We went for lunch. Our waiter sat at the bar at various stages during our visit. He forgot to bring the plates. When taking our order...he stopped and went to take the cheque from another table but stayed and chatted with them for five minutes then came back to us (this is ok when your not starving) To top it... Large dining area to handle the crowds. The burgers and pizzas were good, they have a nice kids' menu that even included a small steak. Their beers were really well made and enjoyable. Located at the west end of the parkway it is a little separated from the crazy crowds and has its own parking area where they will comp... More

After looking at many menus walking down the street, this place seemed to have the best variety of choices. The server was very polite and friendly. The food was good and decent portion sizes. The only problem was trying to decide what to order.

The steak was much better then I expected and the flight of beer I had was excellent. It was so good that I tried to take some on the road with me but couldn't because it has to be kept cold. I liked the Black Bear and my brother "LOVED!!!" the APA
