We made reservations for dinner here our last night in the Smokies. We did not stay at the inn, but dinner is open to the public. The menu is prixe fixed and you can view it online. Reservations are required. We had a fried green tomato with black pepper aioli for an appetizer, mixed greens, and our entree was cornmeal... More

great view on the patio, the menu is limited, but what they did serve was excellent. entrees are basically red meat, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. steak was done perfectly, and the oyster sliders were unique and tasty.

Always been excellent service, very friendly. The dinner is perfect. We always go for dinner simply because the dinner at Buckhorn is unbeatable. One thing about the staff we have noticed is their longevity. The stuff is professional and the food couldn’t be better anywhere around.

5/30 Dinner: Basket of homemade bread was served right away. Our starter was a crab bisque, full of crab flavor and not too rich with minimal cream that did not compete with the crab, just enhanced it. Mixed green salad followed with top quality lettuce lightly coated with an herb dressing. The main course was pecan encrusted trout, cooked perfectly.... More

If you are looking for an elegant meal in Gatlinburg, this is the place. Way out of town, by itself in the hills, this location has a marvelous view and better food! But, it is not inexpensive. It shouldn't be as the food and setting are first class. Not a place for tourist families. Better for sophisticated couples or friends.

This is the best restaurant that I've been in. We dined with some friends and we all agreed. This is a keeper. There is NO menu. There is a meal for the evening. No beer or liquor. The meal for the evening is what it is ALL about. FANTASTIC

What a wonderful find in a town full of BBQ and Burger joints. (although we hit those too) This wonderful restaurant sits on top of cliff overlooking the valley below and the view is relaxing. You'll need a reservation and find out what's for dinner as they only serve one main course with appetizer, soup, salad and desert. All courses... More

the service, atmosphere, and food quality was unparalleled, but I wouldn't necessarily advise going hungry. expect upper scale restaurant portions.
