Service was excellent! There were three people who finished their lunch while he was preparing our to go order and each one personally thanked him before leaving. Great place. Yummy food. We will make sure to stop here every time we visit Gatlinburg.

Great local deli and a great throw back. The Owner is really a stand out guy and just remember to bring cash. 2 people can get a sandwich, chips and drinks for around 18 bucks.

Nice little shop with excellent hoagies homemade salads and a friendly smile. It's a little out of the way but worth the walk.

Carl Parton is one of the many relatives of Dolly Parton, who live in the area. The deli was like something from the 1950s, and made me feel warm and cozy. The food was great and cola in bottles, as it should be.

Never tasted one as good as this one . I loved mr. Parton's aditude and service. I would have to say the place right next to it the golf place. that woman is the meanest most nastiest person i know . She will gripe if you park there to got to the deli. Make sure you park in the free... More

Best sandwiches and hotdogs in the area. Down home humor and customer service. Dennis the owner is the second generation in the family to make sandwiches to order in this deli for about thirty plus years. When you go in you can get good service, good food and maybe a story or two while you wait . It's a blast... More

It was great day having our meals here. Delicious food but place was really small. I hope there will extend the place.

Stopped in to try a sandwich based on all the great reviews. My husband and I both enjoyed our sandwiches. My husband got the deviled eggs and potato salad with his. He enjoyed them both. We shared a piece of the pound cake, it was great too. Very friendly owner who has been there for 40 years! No parking but... More

Got to town at an odd time and wanted to eat out for dinner so went here to get a sandwich. It is an older building and very quaint. They were very nice and the sandwich was good.

If you are looking for some gourmet specialty sandwiches move on. This is a simple deli with a simple menu and no parking. Still the sandwiches were really good and the owner was nice and fun to talk to. We loved everything we got and plan to go back. As for the parking just be quick.
