I am a local and I must say that if you are a fan of deli style steamed sandwiches then thus is the place for you. I come here to eat at least once a week and I have tried everything on the menue. I can honestly say that every item is excellent. As I am writing this review the... More

Parton's is a small deli that serves traditional sandwiches and hot dogs. They steam them so be sure to ask for your sandwich not steamed if that's what you prefer. They have homemade sides as well - deviled eggs, potato salad, etc. They also have a nice selection of chips and drinks. This is a great place to stop if... More

The hotdogs we ordered here would have been better if not steamed. Once done, they were wrapped in foil and the bun became soggy. Just ask it not to be steamed and it will be great. I would go back, but would now know to say "do not steam."

The owner is a nice as everyone says, he gives great service and the food is fresh. We picked up sandwiches at 4pm to have for a picnic lunch the next day and he packaged everything separately to ensure they would not be soggy messes by the following day. They were great! He even gave us a whole tomato, picked... More

Great stop for lunch. Freshly made sandwiches with freshly sliced deli meat. It's a little off the beaten path, so not very busy and an overlooked gem.

When I come to the Smoky Mountains I do my best to avoid chain restaurants and the many stores that sell nothing but items from China. I want to experience the little gems that made the Smoky Mountains what they were in the beginning. Before the tee shirt places and pancake houses took over. I can't tell you how many... More

Wow. I wish more people knew about this deli. We have stopped by a few times to have some sandwiches made to take into the park for a picnic. The owner is very nice and will go out of his way to help answer questions about the area. Give them a try. They put Subway to shame and cheaper and... More

Great old fashioned steamed subs! The reuben was outstanding. So were the homemade deviled eggs and potato salad. The place is set off by itself, but well worth the visit!

We dined twice at Parton's during our stay near Gatlinburg. The man who owns the shop is as nice as can be and conversed with us at length each time we were there. The sandwiches were delicious and the ingredients fresh. This is an old-fashioned deli and the service is personable and friendly, the way it should be. To address... More

First of all, we couldn't park our car anywhere near this deli. Then when we finally parked our car (illegally while my husband stayed in the car), I rushed into the deli and saw they had nothing, absolutely nothing, inside the refrigerated meat counter and no menu. I walked out immediately. Sorry, Parton's.
