Wow. I wish more people knew about this deli. We have stopped by a few times to have some sandwiches made to take into the park for a picnic. The owner is very nice and will go out of his way to help answer questions about the area. Give them a try. They put Subway to shame and cheaper and... More

Great old fashioned steamed subs! The reuben was outstanding. So were the homemade deviled eggs and potato salad. The place is set off by itself, but well worth the visit!

We dined twice at Parton's during our stay near Gatlinburg. The man who owns the shop is as nice as can be and conversed with us at length each time we were there. The sandwiches were delicious and the ingredients fresh. This is an old-fashioned deli and the service is personable and friendly, the way it should be. To address... More

First of all, we couldn't park our car anywhere near this deli. Then when we finally parked our car (illegally while my husband stayed in the car), I rushed into the deli and saw they had nothing, absolutely nothing, inside the refrigerated meat counter and no menu. I walked out immediately. Sorry, Parton's.

Found this deli on trip advisor and I was not disappointed. I like one of a kind, off the beaten path type places. It's right next door to Hillbilly golf so a perfect stop before putt putt. The owner was so friendly and a true native to Gatlinburg. This deli golf combo will be a permanent stop on our future... More

We ate here for lunch and the sandwiches and deviled eggs were excellent. Nice little local spot with an extra special touch of friendliness and good service. You don't want to miss it.

Just simple food served by one great man, could not ask for a nicer man. Have to try the pound cakes, deviled eggs, its just simple sandwiches done your way..... meats, cheeses, breads, and then dress it your way what else do you want....

Just finished having lunch at Parton's deli the food was very good and service was just what was needed after a long day of traveling (great) there's no real parking here. But if you find a space the food is more than worth the walk.

Stopped here 20 years ago and never stopped going back. This is the best deli's in The Great Smoky Mountains. The bread is always fresh and the meat is always great. The size of the sandwiches is larger than subways and they don't fill it up with lettuce, tomato and other rabbit food. Great cheeses are also a part of... More

We needed a snack and this place was close by. We each got a hotdog and were great. And it's not packed with souvenirs.
