Description: Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located...
Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located on the site originally known as Rebel Corner which burned down July, 1992. The fire destroyed one whole city block, owned by Mr. Smith's family. Home from college for the summer, Kirby watched the block burn to the ground, and then left college to help his family rebuild the block. He decided to open a restaurant/night club where Rebel Corner originally stood. Blaine's Grill and Bar was established January 1998 by Kirby Smith. Mr. Smith descended from one of the original Gatlinburg families & has lived in Gatlinburg all his life. Mr. Smith opened Ronnie Milsap's Keyboard Cafe, January 1995 which he ran under this name until January 1998 where he converted to Blaine's Grill & Bar, striving for a more modern, fun place to come as opposed to the previous country theme. Blaine's Grill and Bar has been a great location for the past ten years for restaurant goers. Our menu serves a great variety of freshly prepared meals and has one of the best views of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg.

Good reasonably priced food

My husband and I just wanted something small like a salad so we stopped in here because we saw the menu outside. What a find. We enjoyed the fried pickles, the beer, salads, and burgers. As you can see we went back more than once , it was very reasonable in price, good service and good drinks.

Can't say anything about the food. Didn't eat here. We wanted to, but the hostess kept that from happening. We arrived mid afternoon on a great weather day. We observed that there were several tables open on the second floor open air balcony. When we arrived in the foyer the hostess asked how many, and we replied two. We asked... More

Great atmosphere, except for all the steps. Service was wonderful. The menu gave lots of choices and the food was amazing. Even has a gluten free menu. Right in the middle of Gatlinburg and very reasonably priced.

On the strip. Reasonably priced. Typical bar food, the Smokey Mountain Cobb Salad was great though with the house dressing. Lots of stairs...2 flights to get up to the dining and bar area then another huge flight for the next floor of dining and the only bathrooms.

I'm a big chicken parmesan fan and they had it on the menu so of course I tried it. It had Alfredo and marinara sauce together on it which I never heard of but I'm so glad I tired it. I'd def eat there again

Layout is a bit odd as you check in on the main level and walk up to dining area. Dining outside was great. Spinach dip was really cheesy and in a bread bowl. Good sandwiches.

We went to Blaine's again and it was as good as previous times. The menu has lots of choices. Our waitress was awesome even though she was working a double. I'd recommend this place to anyone and if possible ask to sit on the balcony. There's a great view of the lights and sounds of downtown Gatlinburg.

Our family of 6 visited and we always love to go here and eat. There is plenty of variety to choose from and the food is tasty. The best part is people watching on the balcony while we eat!

First time to eat here. The wait time was short and the food was great. Blaine's participates in an adult foreign exchange program with their wait staff, host, & servers. All were very attentive. Yulia was our waitress. Very attentive to our needs. She was from the Ukraine. Easy to talk to and very interesting. Pursuing her Master's Degree in... More

When visiting Gatlinburg, we normally visit Blaine's as the food is always lovely with a huge choice and variety. The serving staff are always very friendly too. On our last visit, even though it was very busy, the waiting time for a table was very quick and staff very efficient. We try to sit out on the balcony to have... More
