Description: Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located...
Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located on the site originally known as Rebel Corner which burned down July, 1992. The fire destroyed one whole city block, owned by Mr. Smith's family. Home from college for the summer, Kirby watched the block burn to the ground, and then left college to help his family rebuild the block. He decided to open a restaurant/night club where Rebel Corner originally stood. Blaine's Grill and Bar was established January 1998 by Kirby Smith. Mr. Smith descended from one of the original Gatlinburg families & has lived in Gatlinburg all his life. Mr. Smith opened Ronnie Milsap's Keyboard Cafe, January 1995 which he ran under this name until January 1998 where he converted to Blaine's Grill & Bar, striving for a more modern, fun place to come as opposed to the previous country theme. Blaine's Grill and Bar has been a great location for the past ten years for restaurant goers. Our menu serves a great variety of freshly prepared meals and has one of the best views of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg.

Great food and super fast friendly service! My boyfriend had the ribs and they were tender fall off the bone great flavor in sauce. I had a burger and fries which was also yummy and was out to our table within 10-15 minutes of ordering. Very friendly staff.

This restaurant is amazing..... u have to climb some stairs to get to it, but it is sooo worth it. This was the first time we went there and we were NOT disappointed. Had an excellent meal and finished off with a smokey mountain brownie sundae.. yum!!!!! Bit pricey, but worth it

We had a good time at Blaine's. The menu had a good variety. The staff was friendly. We were disappointed in the desert but the meal was very good. It was worth the wait.

My wife and I ate here with another couple. The burger selection was incredible. I had the Black Bear burger which was big enough for 2, even though I ate it myself! They also have a nice section of draft and bottled beer, as well as other house specialty drinks. We will definitely be back on our next trip to... More

I was solo this weekend, hiking in the Smokies, and wanted a good burger. There was a long wait for a table, but because I was alone, it was suggested quicker seating/eating at the bar. Lucky me, walked up and took a seat. The service could not have been better. The mushroom hamburger was great. The 21 ounce Black Horse... More

The food is great. The french dip sandwich is one of the best I've had. We also love it for the late night scene. The DJ was great and played anything we requested. Very fun spot to dance the night away!

Our group of 12 visited this past weekend during a downtown shopping visit. I'm surprised I haven't noticed or visited this place before but we were all very glad we did. We were looking for a burger type place and we found it. When we first arrived we knew there would be a wait seeing as the entire area was... More

This was the first restaurant my husband and I ate at while on our vacation in Gatlinburg in January. We both had a burger and ordered the BBQ chips as an appetizer. The chips were outstanding and the burgers were awesome as well. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The sandwiches are very good but I do not recommend the "chips". They are cut thick and over cooked for my taste.
