Description: Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located...
Casual Dining in Downtown Gatlinburg, TN Blaine's Grill & Bar is located on the site originally known as Rebel Corner which burned down July, 1992. The fire destroyed one whole city block, owned by Mr. Smith's family. Home from college for the summer, Kirby watched the block burn to the ground, and then left college to help his family rebuild the block. He decided to open a restaurant/night club where Rebel Corner originally stood. Blaine's Grill and Bar was established January 1998 by Kirby Smith. Mr. Smith descended from one of the original Gatlinburg families & has lived in Gatlinburg all his life. Mr. Smith opened Ronnie Milsap's Keyboard Cafe, January 1995 which he ran under this name until January 1998 where he converted to Blaine's Grill & Bar, striving for a more modern, fun place to come as opposed to the previous country theme. Blaine's Grill and Bar has been a great location for the past ten years for restaurant goers. Our menu serves a great variety of freshly prepared meals and has one of the best views of the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg.

Nice outside eating area

We enjoyed our outdoor seating while watching the Saturday night life go by below us. The food was tasty and fresh. The burgers were very juicy and messy (like a great burger should be) and the salad had fresh, tasty ingredients as well. Would eat here again.

We went in around 730 and we were seated immediately. Our server, Rob, was great. We started with the fried pickles, then both ordered the turkey on croissant.. I got fries, my husband got the homemade potato chips. Everything was really good. I also ordered a Mango margarita, which was delicious. We will definitely return! It is also a very... More

My sister and I are vegetarians. We asked for a SIDE SALAD. The side salads do not come with bacon and are $1 cheaper than the "house salad" which does come with bacon. The salads came out with bacon. I told the waitress we wanted the side salad, not the house salad with bacon. She came back with new salads,... More

We liked this place the first time we came but this year it seems to have gone downhill. Nobody was there, we waited 20 mins for our food. The chicken was so dry we could not eat it (3 of the five of us got chicken). The manager apologized for the long wait and gave us 40% of the chicken... More

We stopped in to Blaine's Grill & Bar for lunch while we were out and about one afternoon. It's a very large establishment with several flights of stairs so make sure you bring your stair steppin' feet with you! The table and chairs were sticky when we sat down and the overall atmosphere of the place was just .. "meh".... More

Average rating is a bit gracious. Had better food at most chain food restaurants. Service was friendly though. Save your money and go up the street to Five Guys.

Go to Blaines almost every time we are in Gatlinburg...great salads and burger and steaks...diverse menu. Service was good. Can eat inside or out on the balcony in nice weather. Music at night. A fun place to visit..

The food was great, great service, a little pricey but not overly priced. I'd definitely go back and recommend anyone try this place for dinner 😋

Service was excellent but it was almost 9 pm and not busy. Fried pickles appetizer was good but we couldn't eat the last 10-12 because they were too greasy at the bottom. It was a pool of grease. My husband got the shrimp and I got the fried chicken sandwich. For the price both meals were average. I loved the... More
