Four of us dined there. Our friends had pizza, and we had the fettuccine with chicken and broccoli . Both were just okay. Our server seemed rushed. The garlic rolls were rather bland. Not recommended.

A little pricey, but a lot of food! The salad dressings are all homemade and their garlic rolls are to die for, smothered in butter and parmesan cheese. Entree portions are huge. We got lasagna, which the server said was one of their smaller portioned dishes. Neither of us could finish even half. You might want to consider ordering one... More

This is near our hotel and we walked out and smelled a wonderful aroma. We could not resist trying it. I had read about it, but we just didn't see it last time. It is a little hard to find tucked into a little strip mall off the Parkway. We had the garlic rolls and a large pizza (and when... More

Food was just okay and about $10 plate for lunch. It was the service that earned the low rating. A group sat down after us, ate, and was paying before our food arrived.

The other night we were in Gatlinburg & in a hurry. So, I stopped in Best Italian to place a to-go order. I ordered one lasagna & one kids pasta. They allowed me to get half the kids pasta with sauce and the other half with butter. My lasagna also came with garlic knots and a side salad. I waited... More

This resturant is a locally owned and operated in Gatlinburg, with two(2) locations. The service was great, the staff was very informative and courteous. Pizza's were very tasty and cooked to perfection. The Calzones were big for two people to eat and they wre delicious. If you have a tast for Italian food, then I recommend this resturant to experience... More

We got there and it was insanely crowded, there wasn't really anywhere to wait so we asked if we could sit outside. Didn't see signs of a waiter until 10 min after we got there, which was fine we weren't in a hurry. It started pouring raining so we hurried inside and sat at the bar, we again didn't see... More

This wonderful restaurant is tucked away down an alley but it is more than worth the extra effort to find it. The garlic knots are the best I've ever had. Every entree we've tried has been delicious. The pizza is great. The service is great. If the weather is nice be sure to ask to sit on the patio which... More

We came today around lunch time, the place was empty and that should have been our first sign. My boyfriend had been before and loved it. We were taken to a table by a guy who had been sitting in a booth texting when we first came in. All he said was what can we get you to drink. When... More

The only nice things we have to say is that the hostess was friendly and the fried mushrooms were good. The waitress was not the nicest, told me they would not be able to get me the kind of soda I asked for due to someone needing to change the syrup and it could be a while, and they were... More
