my wedding dinner...started out great, 14 people greeted, seated and drink orders taken. Another visit by sever took our orders. That was the last time we saw an employee until an 1 and 1/2 hours later...no drinks, no water, just dirty dishes and 14 people... when one of my guests found the manager. things turned around then, food was good.... Decided to take my family somewhere to eat and wanted to try something a little nicer. The food was okay, steaks very tender, but lacked real flavor. But the service was terrible. Watched as the waitress stood around and ignored not only our table but all of those around us. Then with the last 5 minutes tried to save her... More

This is a beautiful restaurant to dine in. As you approach from the street you will find the most welcoming smoky mountain architecture, wood and stone. The interior is more of the same. We had a attractive table by the window. Service was very attentive. Dinner and drinks were very good. I would definitely eat there again.

I ate here with my husband on our anniversary weekend. I ordered one of the specials, pork with crab. It wasn't very special but the mashed potatoes with it were great. My husband ordered the prime rib and it was perfect. I tried to order the wine that was recommended with mine but it didn't show up until after we... More

My husband and I were in town for our babymoon and i was craving fried chicken and mashed potatoes. We picked this place because of good reviews on Google. We were not disappointed. My fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, wasn't greasy, wasn't dry. It was lightly breaded, crispy and juicy. I wanted more! My husband ordered a prime rib... More

Absolutely lovely up scale mountain atmosphere. Tables are not crammed on top of each other so very intimate setting. WE waited to have our first trout meal here and I am glad we waited. The Parmesan crusted trout was wonderful.

We went here with our three young sons in September. We had a great meal. Great apps, great food, and very friendly staff. We would definitely go back if we visit the Smoky Mountains again! Delicious homemade desserts!!

My favorite steak in Gatlinburg. It is the only thing I have ever ordered because it is so good. I would give it more stars if I could!

The first nice surprise was free parking for patrons.( Parking is at a premium in Gatlinburg.) The restaurant was much larger than it looked from the outside, with multi-level seating. Waitstaff were all pleasant and helpful. We started off with a crabcake appetizer. It was Very good. My husband had the strip steak, expertly cooked. I decided on a dinner... More

My husband had the rotisserie pork loin, and he said it was one of the best things he has eaten. He even wanted to go back the next night to eat there again! I didn't care for my dish (trout), but I'd definitely go back to try something else on the menu. The atmosphere was great, relaxed but still nice.... More
