This place is not worth the money. The amount of vegetables you get to dip into the cheese is a joke. The chocolate we ordered did not have all the ingredients in it that were listed on the menu. This was the worst meal we had in Gatlinburg. Will never go back to a melting Pot!

We are very disappointed to hear your review. We hope that you brought your concerns to the attention of our staff while you were dining with us, as we like to satisfy our guest's needs while they are in the restaurant. All of our dippers are refillable. If you ever choose to dine at The Melting Pot again, please ask... More

Our party of four visited late one afternoon. You can park in a nearby parking garage and that price will be taken off your dinner check. This was our first experience at a Melting Pot and we were a little uncertain of how things were done. We were seated at a booth with 2 cooktops. Our waitress was great, very... More

Service is great. The fondue experience is so cool! A little pricey but well worth when wanting something a little special.

My wife and I love the Melting Pot. We go a few times a year to the one in Atlanta, especially for our anniversary, but were out of town for our anniversary this year and she thought we wouldn't be able to go. Fortunately, there was one in Gatlinburg, which is where we were headed for our anniversary trip. I... More

My boyfriend had not experienced the Melting Pot before, so we did this as a treat. It is a long dinner and quite pricey, but we enjoyed it. I would suggest the other restaurants over this one.

When visiting Gatlinburg recently, we ate at the Melting Pot Restaurant. We'd seen it before, but had never taken the time nor spent the money to eat there. This time it was on the agenda before we left home. We had looked forward to eating there for a year or more. The service was AWFUL and the food was worse.... More

The food didn't blow us away, it was difficult trying to cook with a toddler in tow and the server kept rushing us through each course. A meal for the three of us was about $90, and that's with us only drinking water. The dessert was good, as was the appetizer of bread, veggies, apples, and cheese. However, the main... More

We are sorry to hear that you have never tried The Melting Pot, and we're sorry to hear that our hours of operation disappointed you. Our hours of operation are standard with Melting Pots nationwide, but we truly hope that you will join us or another location for dinner. More

This was our first fondue experience. We didn't really know what to expect or order and our waiter was most helpful in explaining the different selections. We probably could have gotten away with only ordering 1 cheese fondue instead of two. Be prepared to be there for awhile as this dining experience does take some time but totally worth it.... More
