We read he rave reviews and made a point to visit here and were sorely disappointed. The young man working inside was either new or wasn't sure how to make anything. My wife ordered a raspberry frappucino that was so watered down that we could barely tell it was raspberry. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. After I ordered he... More

We always make a point to go to the Village to visit Christopher and Angela in their great little cafe. We value a GREAT cup of coffee served with pleasant conversation and genuine gratitude for our business. We haven't tried the ice cream or any fancy drinks (I take that back... my 14 yr old daughter had a peppermint cappuccino... More

Title says it all. It's good, but nothing too special. The location is very nice though, within the village however the cost of the 2 ice creams we got were too expensive.

Had a great cup of coffee and great service. Its out of the way but worth finding. It is reasonably priced compared to other coffee shops in the area but has a local product that beats the others hands down

Nice little location. Found it near the back. We each had an ice cream cone and it was delicious. We sat outside the shop enjoying our ice cream and people watching.

We went here seeing that it was ranked by high Trip Advisor. We got a small coffee milkshake which cost $7, as the other reviewer stated. It was nothing special, though it was a quaint little place. Definitely not #1 in all of Gatlinburg, however.

They serve Edy's ice cream. There is nothing special about that. I was pleased with the server last night; he was a nice young man. I did search for this restaurant after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Frankly, I was a little disappointed. I expected homemade ice cream but overall, I give it a thumbs up.

When I went looking for coffee and desert after dinner we decided to try the number one rated place on trip advisor. Turns out the coffee shop we passed by in the Village on the way in would have been a better choice. The service here was excellent and we liked they had a couple of small tables to sit... More

Thank you for visiting our little shop. We are so so sorry that you did not enjoy your Frappe'. Since price was such an issue we would think that you would have brought it back to us and We would have gladly remade it or refunded your money. Our medium Frappe' is 16 oz. which is 4 oz. above a... More

We were looking for good ice cream, and saw this "creamery" listed as #1. It is in the nice section of Gatlinburg, in the quaint and pretty Village. It is not really fair for this place to be #1 in the restaurant category... it is a TINY shop that sells coffees and ice cream. I didn't recognize the brand ice... More

Thank you for visiting our shop based on our # 1 rating with Tripadviser. We do understand your confusion on how our little shop is ranked in the same catagory as the" Larger Food Establishments"(Franchises) especially since we are the only family owned ice cream and coffee shop in Gatlinburg. We also agree that it is "Unfair" but not unfair... More
