Nothing special. The pancakes were ok. Whatever my husband ate was ok. We expected something a little better. Nothing really wrong with it.....just not fabulous. Maybe a little too pricy for what it was. I learned one thing in Gatlinburg. Drink water. The drinks cost a lot.

My family and I had breakfast at Flapjacks and the sticky buns pancakes were the best. Everyone else wanted to try my pancakes, oh how my, delish, lol. I would recommend them to anyone who has not tried them. Downtown Gatlinburg that's the only one I've eaten at.

We had brunch at Flapjacks on Saturday around 11:45 AM. We were seated in a booth - it was a tight fit and we are not HUGE people. The booths are not comfortable - hard wood seats with a very straight back. Our server was really friendly and did a pretty good job. I had to flag her down for... More

We were staying at the Hampton Inn at stop light number 9 in Gatlinburg and this place is very close by. We decided to have breakfast here on our way walking to the Craft Fair at the Convention Center. I love Country Ham and they had a Country Ham breakfast on their menu. My wife ordered Pecan Pancakes and Sausage.... More

Wait was expected at the door, but a hour and a half wait for your food is not acceptable. To add to it our server Shellie did not check in on us and not once informed us where our food was or why it was taking so long. Not an experience we will ever repeat.

What a friendly staff! People are just too friendly here in Gatlinburg! (I'm not used to it being from the Chicago area) Good food, too! We ate here a couple of times for breakfast. Just a really nice place with nice people! Enjoy!

Breakfast at Flapjack's is quick, convenient, and reasonable. The menu is large and varied with everything from eggs to pancakes to grits and sausages. The service is quick, and my server was very pleasant and courteous. One big plus was the coffee pot that was left on the table so there was no waiting for refills. A good place for... More

I had the Cinnamon Roll pancakes. They were AMAZING. So sweet and good. Just like eating a cinnamon roll. My daughters both got the bear shaped waffle. They loved it and the bear shape helped them both eat the whole thing. Always a good breakfast at Flapjacks. They fill you up for the day, until dinner. :)

First of all, the service was excellent. The egg white omelet was outstanding. The pancakes, while huge and plentiful, were so-so. The consensus was that I make better ones back at home. So, feel free to try it, or not.
