Lovely and quaint is how I would describe the atmosphere - upstairs....carpet, little white lights and lace curtains....private (which we asked for, having never been to the former restaurant we had no idea what it looked like inside). This was my first visit to the restaurant that used to be "Chez Jude", on recommendation of the ladies in the tourism office, I love sampling new eateries and Harbor House was a pleasant surprise. We had the paella and it was fantastic. The menu has a wide variety of choices and I'd like to go back just to try some more of them.

“what a surprise! a real foodie spot on the North Shore”

Unable to find an open kitchen after 8pm Friday in March (before the summer tourist season), I was steered to this spot by another restaurant that was closed.
