Great donuts but plan for a wait!

This is a popular option in town. They have a line to check out options in the shop, or a window if you know what you want. Our daughter loves their powdered sugar cake donuts as they really use powder sugar and not a lot of filler along with the sugar.

They have a nice selection of donuts and they are delicious. Located right near the water, we often grab a donut or two and take a walk along the water while we enjoy the donuts. Just a small place to stop in and go, a must for us every time we are in town.

Best donuts around! We always make it a point to stop and get donuts before we head up the gunflint trail for our annual camping trip!

Blown away by the deliciousness of the cinnamon sugar cake donut at World's Best. Its their original and best-seller. All the flavors were great but the cinnamon sugar was perfect, crunchy crisp on outside and warm soft pastry on inside. These donuts make crispy cremes taste like stale little debbies. Tiny place. Closed on Mondays in the fall.

These really are great donuts. You need to get there early, though, as when they are out they close the place!

Unique small town donut place. Nothing special but in Grand Marais so it makes it unique. We went there when we were in town. Donuts were nothing special but Grand Marais is!

Who doesn't love homemade doughnuts?!?! These were great and we loved the selection. We even bought some to take home and they tasted great the next day!

As a local Grand Marais-er, I treat myself to these wonderful treats often. Grab a cup of coffee and a delicious treat and enjoy the nearby beach. There isn't much seating inside. But there is plenty of beach outside! My favorite is the maple bar, but I've never had a donut there that was bad.
