We split a walleye basket for an afternoon snack. It was very obvious this was fresh fish and they knew how to cook it. Not only was it incredibly delicious and a great value for the price, they also offer gluten free breading so my fiance was able to eat it, something she rarely gets to do! Aside from the... More

My finicky kids couldn't get enough of this place! And with good reason - the food was great! It's nothing on atmosphere but that's what we came for; in fact, I love places without it but great food. This place fits the bill. Very nice people and great selection!

I don't care for fish, but other people in my group do, so I thought I will be a good sport and give it a try. I'm glad we went there! WOW! I loved the Cod Basket and others enjoyed their Walleye Basket. Great service & great food!!

We didn't eat here, but they have sandwiches, soups, chili, beer, and soft drinks. The have a great variety of fresh and smoked local fish. We bought 3 fresh whitefish filets and a piece of smoked whitefish to take back to our rental cabin to cook. Delicious!

We really enjoyed sitting outside on their deck overlooking Lake Superior. I had the Clam Basket, came with fries. I also got a side of coleslaw. The clams were so fresh and tasty and there was a good amount. My husband had the fried walleye basket with fries, he really enjoyed it. You can also buy fresh fish there. Very... More

I love that this fish market had the GF (gluten free) option. We dined outside on the back patio and watched the boats in the marina. The food was excellent, hot and prepared without much wait time. The staff was friendly and helpful with menu options/choices. It's on our must visit again list.

try the fresh lake superior herring (grilled it is wonderful). Smoked lake trout is fantastic. They catch their own fish (except the Salmon--which can not be commercially fished on Superior)
