Good Sandwiches with Lots of Options

We stopped off here for lunch during a road trip on the way in to Salt Lake City. It was a great place to get a sandwich. Very fresh bread (they bake it themselves), and they have papers where you can make your selections of what fillings you want to include. You order at the counter, then sit... read more

We "happened" to stop for lunch while traveling along I-15. Tired if the usual fast food lunch, we spotted this gem and decided to give it a try. Wonderfully friendly and welcoming counter staff, I was able to get any sandwich as a half which was all I would eat, small bag of chips just big enough for "a little... More

Ate again at the Old Grist Mill. It is a regular favorite and always good food for a reasonable price. Sandwiches are made to order with a variety of breads , meats and condiments. Very cafeteria feel to the establishment and eating are, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Fill your own sodas and free refills. Always a... More

After selecting exactly what we want on our sandwiches you give them the selection sheet and pay for your sandwiches and whatever else you choose. I chose to add cookies and a loaf of sour cream pecan bread (its yummy) When your sandwiches are ready they call your name. With the additions of sprouts, peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc. and nice... A very large menu..lots of choices that will please anyone. We had the grilled blt and the French dip sandwich. Both were good. You can choose a variety of sides, from chips, soup, or a pastry. The prices were reasonable. I really recommend the pumpkin bar with cream cheese icing!

This bakery makes fresh home-made bread in many flavours and types. I love to eat it and give loaves of bread to friends for presents. The bakery also sells sandwiches and soups that are very good.

Old Grist Mill Bakery has great sandwiches, soup, and great bread. I fed twelve of us for less than it would have cost for two to eat at a high end restaurant. do not forget to ask for the free slice of bread that is given with each meal purchased.

We visited here after a family event and I was sceptical about a place that does grilled sandwiches. I chose the turkey, bacon and pesto sandwich and it was amazing! I hope in heaven they have this because I could eat that every day. The toasted bread was amazing, the flavours kept you salivating. Hand on heart, this is the... More

I had the vegetable beef soup and it was excellent. My husband's potato soup was not quite as hot as he likes. However, the 2 cups of soup with 2 slices apiece of fresh sourdough bread and 1 drink for just over $7.00 was a real find.
