The Ranch House Grille is just a down home local place but the food is plentiful and pretty darn good. I was not disappointed and the service was excellent. There is not much atmosphere or privacy but I still felt comfortable.

This place was nice. The service was a little slow, but we were in no hurry. The ambience was nice and we had a good time eating here.

We were sent here by a local police officer in town. The breakfast did not disappoint us. All the locals eat here and it is quite a busy place. Good service, good coffee and a variety of breakfast choices. It was so good, we ate here twice.

We don't normally repeat restaurants when we travel but we came here two days in a row for breakfast. It's a local hang out in a small shopping center and is nothing fancy, but we thoroughly enjoyed the tasty and plentiful breakfast. Would definitely come back when we are in Page again!

Neat place where the locals and visitors can chow down until 3 p.m. A breakfast of oatmeal for me and biscuits and gravy for my friend started the day. Pleasant folksy place where you can feel right at home.

This is the third time I have been to Ranch House and is time they have been very efficient in getting our group of 20 or so people in the back room. The meals are reasonable, the portions nice and the servers have always been good

This place was a gem. Trying to find a place to eat around 10:30am and a lot of the other local restaurants were closed. Service was great. Chicken fried steak and eggs were wonderful. Guy at the checkout was really nice and asked us about our travels and gave us pointers in the area of things to see and do.... More

We went here when we were last in the area 6 years ago, and made 2 visits this trip. Same excellent friendly service and home cooked food. Huge portions but I have now learnt to ask for a smaller plate. Specials are always worth checking out, and every visit has been good value for money

Our tour guide at Lower Antelope Canyon gave us this local restaurant suggestion. Not only was she an amazing tour guide with Ken's but she knows her food! Great home cooking and very reasonable for the quality. We tried the Green Chili and our daughter had an amazing Turkey club sandwhich. The sweet potato fries were delish.Sounds simple but the... If you are hungry go here! Service excellent and quick and food wonderful home cooking. No wonder all the locals go here. Hubby had chicken fried steak and he said it was perfect. Portions are huge. I could not finish my chile relenno. All of our food was hot on arrival and really well prepared.
