The best restaurant in town bar none with a wide variety of foods. Not strictly a Mexican restaurant, the shorts that advise to stay calm and eat green chile are awesome. Don't know why New Mexico magazine did not include them in their review of dining in Silver City, rather shortsighted on their part. The only criticism I would have... More

Skip the franchise restaurants and head to the Adobe Springs Cafe. The food portions were generous, our server Jenny was excellent, and there are plenty of choices for the kids. From french toast to omelettes, huevos rancheros to pancakes, this Cafe has an excellent selection. We spent $40 (not including tip) which is what a family would normally spend at... More

We like to find good local restaurants when we travel and this one fit the bill very well. (When we find one, we call it an "MLF restaurant" -- meaning is has "Mucho Local Flavor!") The food was good, the helpings large and the service was friendly. The building was very fitting for an MLF restaurant in New Mexico. The... More

Very clean, well-lit, brightly and tastefully decorated. Wife and I split the "Pat Garrett" entree and a salad - both very tasty indeed.

Friendly staff...ordered half portion and still could not eat it all. Wonderful green chili, cheddar, and potatoes with egg on top.

You can't go wrong when you know the locals go here. You also won't go away hungry. We have lived here for over 8 years and Silver City is a small town with few good restaurants. My husband had a big burger and fries and I also kept it simple with a turkey, bacon and cheese sandwich on a delicious... More

We went there for lunch after a horse backing riding, the food was so creative and yummy, we had supreme avocado quesadilla, it was on appetizer menu but the portion is big enough for lunch ! The phili sandwich was so good, served with a side, I couldn't even finish half even i was very hungry. On Sunday they only... More

Though quaint and small of space, the Adobe Spring Cafe is big in the way of taste and portion size! Definitely a place we'll go back to when next we're back in town for the Silver City Blues Festival. The chef's not afraid to turn up the heat with the smoky flavor of green chile either! Everything was simply mouthwatering... More
