Came with a group of five on a Friday night and were seated promptly. We were served an assortment of breads and savory butters before placing our order. My fettuccini with pesto sauce was very tasty but the portion was too small. It was not served with bread. I wished I had saved some of the bread that had been... More

Happy holidays to you too sir. I am so happy you enjoyed your food. Personally, I disagree about small portion sizes. 8 ounces of daily made fresh pasta with sauce is quite a lot of food for me (and even my 6'3" husband!). And as you yourself stated; our prices are posted on the window.... P.S. All you had to... More

Tre Rosat is a very special place. The food tastes inspired, on par with any of the best restaurants in a large city, and yet the staff embody the hospitality and generosity emblematic of Silver City. I also found the atmosphere, furnishings, and lighting to be very welcoming and warm. My party of seven (mostly from California) ate here on... More

Took my wife there for a Graduation dinner and was thoroughly pleased with the service and the food. Both of us had Pasta dishes and the sauces and pasta were done to perfection. I found the staff to be extremely attentive and polite. The prices were well within acceptable range for the quality of the food. Kudos to the staff... More

I have eaten at this place off and on since they opened. They never cease to amaze me. The staff is very professional and helpful. They create meals not just plate something. Salads are always fresh, soups are always hot and everything is always GREAT. I take my 89 year old mother and she loves to eat there. They treat... More

The server was a wonderful young woman, knowledgeable about the food and the wine. After tasting a wine she recommended, we chose that one over our original thought. Portions are small as they should be. Food is delicious and beautifully plated.

Eight of us went to T R. for dinner. Great ambience. Prices very expensive for Silver City. No entre less that $20. Portions very small. Even appetizers were $10 - 12. Draught beer machine "Blew Out" on one beer type. Most of our group avoided the pricy entrees and ordered appetizers. NIce place, but not worth the money. Maybe lunch.

I find it interesting that you say we are “expensive for Silver City” for many reasons. First: Our operating costs are similar to any other city so why should our food be cheaper? Let me explain; when pricing a menu you must factor in a variety of expenses. Food costs, payroll, utilities, and mortgage are just a few. So when... More

Walking Bullard St. in Silver City. we read the menu in the window of Tre Rosat Cafe. Offerings were varied; we decided to trust to luck. Interior is a well restored older building, complete with tin ceiling and wainscoating. Started with Chicken Chili and in-house breads and seasoned butters - chili was very good. The wine list is small but balanced... More

Always a special treat. Having recently moved back east, coming back to Silver City always entails a trip to Tre Rosat. I have had the good fortune to eat at some of the best restaurants in the world, and I have never been disappointed by either the service or food at Tre Rosat. Even if you are just on your... More

We learned from our hotel clerk about all the wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and chose this one based on her description of the selections here. We were not disappointed. Their offerings are locally grown and foraged and/or homemade. I had a homemade pasta dish with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. The sauce was wonderful and not heavy at all. The... More
