Dinner before the Show

Took the subway to Brooklyn to see a show at Barclays and found Mullane's a few blocks away. Great atmosphere and a nice menu selection for a bar. We had the Drunken Chicken and Mexican Salad. Both were good and filling. Service was friendly and quick. Get there before 6pm. It filled up... read more

Just a short walk from the Barclays Center this is a great local neighborhood place with serious sandwiches and plenty of TV's to enjoy sporting events. Exceptionally friendly bartenders and even as a first time visitor I and several of my friends had a couple "on the house" while there. Very reasonable food prices with a lot of lunch offerings... Had been wanting to try this place for awhile and glad we stopped in. They are known for their burgers and we both had the salmon burger. A little dry. Needed a "special sauce" to jazz it up. The bacon made it better though. I saw other dishes that I would order if we o back. Not disappointed though. Service... More

Popped in here for a quick bite and a drink. Wanted to come back for a full blow out later but no reservations taken and the place was hopping and packed by the time we left. Good American fare and recommend making time and space in your tum to fit this cracking place in!

This is the perfect joint for a burger and brew before going to BAM, BRIC, or other theaters in the Brooklyn cultural district. And it's also one of the least expensive options. Nothing fancy, but solid, and much better than average bar food for this neighborhood. Also great for hanging out, lunch, just about anytime you are looking for a... More

Been there a few times. One time we sat down for dinner and enjoyed the food. Another time sat at the bar to watch the game and enjoyed the food and a few beers. Service was really good even though the place was packed. Bartender very friendly and overall experience has me going back again even if just for drinks.... More

You are going here for the drinking, ambience and to watch numerous sporting events all at the same time. Scream as loud as you want, talk friendly trash with fans of the other team, and every third or fourth drink at the bar (wait for a seat if there is none) is on the house. Foodwise, my favorites are the... More

There is niothing wrong with this for a pint, cocktail or snack but it is nothing special. You can watch soccer here, it is good for a qucik drink and the staff are pleasant and friendly and it is not overpriced but might even be better at Mo's further down for a bit of atmosphere.
