I live right around the corner from this place and have been here on a number of occasions. The food is pretty good, especially the pasta dishes. They also have interesting and frequently changing specials. A good wine list and some nice cocktails available. The place is small, but the ambiance is quite nice. Would be a great date spot.

Small, friendly, good Italian food, reasonably priced! What's not to like?! Quick service. Check for the specials because they're excellent.

My wife and I were on business in Brooklyn and found this small place called Lunetta. we decided to sit at the bar and watch how everything is put together. Watching the chef I noticed how he prepares the mussels - exactly the way in like it. They are served in a bowl with plenty of a wine and tomato... More

This is a good Italian spot in Cobble Hill. The food is fresh and tasty; the wine list is decent, although only Italian varietals. The pasta is good, the entrees as well. This place won't leave you feeling heavy after dinner; it's real Italian food, not Italian-American. The interior is appealing but not noteworthy. The prices are reasonable. It is... More

We were in Brooklyn for business and found this restaurant not far from our hotel through TA and Urban Spoon. It was not as good as we expected. The atmosphere was dark and the restaurant was very warm. The menu has a good variety of items. We enjoyed the bruschetta we had as an appetizer, but the rest of our... More

Visited with a group of 6. Having read the reviews - I had the meatballs. That dish was great! The others in our group was not very happy though. Think the wine was a bit over-priced compared to other restaurants.

There's lots to like at Lunetta's. All their food is very good, the service is excellent, it's a comfortable place, rather small and cozy. I go there 3-4 times a year and have increasingly come to realize that their spaghetti and meatballs are simply sublime. They have the distinction of making the most prosaic Italian dish better than anyone else... More

We chanced upon this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. The pasta dishes we had were fab and the service very good. It was also very well priced.

Excellence taken to a new level. The staff is really delightful. The space is so charming and pleasant. The prices are extremely reasonable. The food is exceptional. When you live in Manhattan (and love living in Manhattan) you definitely lose something - I love taking the F train to Bergen Street and finding new restaurants. It is such a great... More
