We had a dinner in this place on our way to the concert. It is definitely a strange place but in a good way. The food is basically different meat with the side dishes. We four people had sausages, pulled pork and ribs with potato salad and bread. The food was great, very delicious. The restaurant is highly recommended if... More

We went in right when they opened, so there was no line. I found their menu a little confusing and the lady wasn't very helpful. It was only written on the wall. Luckily the man behind the counter was friendly and helped us out. The food was good, but the ribs were amazing! I also tried box water for the... More

Fette Sau is one of my favorite places in the hood. The only reason I don't get there more often is because of the CROWDS of tourists on the weekends. It makes the beginning of the meal a little stressful as you scan the room for available seating. With all that said, I have sat next to some very nice... More

Fette sau is worth the long lines! The pulled pork is amazing and the picnic, BBQ atmosphere is a fun change change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the city. The people are friendly, so grab a drink while you wait in line and chat with fellow customers! My only qualm is that they don't have macaroni and... More

This place is far beyond any dining experience I have ever had! Not even a meat eater, but had to try for the respect of their attention to detail! Go wait in line you won't be disappointed!!

If you are visiting NY and like a good beer with great food, then this is your place. You have to wait for a while in the que, but its certainly worth it! We really enjoyed it and we wish we had something similar in the UK.

Who knew you could find really well smoked ribs, brisket, pork, and chicken in Brooklyn? Well, you can and it's a small place called Fette Sou. We went early on a Sunday evening and it was already bustling. It's small and pretty noisy, but really cool. You order your meat selection by the pound at the counter. They place your... More

Went during Christmas season, it was crowded but space at the long wooden tables opened up. First BBQ place I have been to with a whiskey bar, you can get a sampler of whiskeys! BBQ beef was moist/tender, the ribs were great! Sides of beans and potato salad were very good..In lieu of white bread they have rolls/biscuits. Meal for... More

Smoky, melt in your mouth meats, a wide selection of beers on tap, and a relaxed and communal atmosphere makes for a really enjoyable time at Fette Sau. I went with kids, and they especially had fun eating off the big trays that the meat is served on. I recommend the ribs (actually anything pork) and my partner is mad... More

I went to Fette Sau with my friends for the first time and we have been going there ever since on a regular basis. Their pulled pork and the baked beans are the best and a must try. Generally meat is served by the pound and you can buy veggies and pickles on the side. They also serve beer in... More
