Good restaurant with a great brunch. They several great options for brunch. We enjoyed the savoury french toast and the smoked salmon omelette. Very delicious food and speedy, yet friendly service.

On the way to see a band, decided to stop at a Tapas, and found OLEA on Trip Advisor - OMG! At 6.15 on a Saturday it was packed and we snagged the last 4 seat table. We shared everything (Lamb meatballs, Beef meatballs, Kale salad, Patatas Bravas, trio of dips, Gambas, Spanish piitza), and it was all super. Best... More

My sons and I flew into JFK, took the air train to the A train, transferred to the C train and arrived in the Fort Greene neighborhood within an hour. Once we dropped our bags, I had researched local restaurants and we chose Olea. We nade it in time for Happy Hour and were very pleased with our selection of... More

During a recent trip to New York, my wife and I stayed in an apartment in Fort Greene part of Brooklyn. Olea was 252 feet from our front door. We ate their twice in one week and for good reason. Our first night we had dinner. I had a whole roasted branzino. It was great. We also had the lamb... More

We had a very nice brunch at Olea today. My barley/lamb salad was excellent, so was my son's lamb sandwich, so was my wife's Turkish breakfast. I particularly liked the portion size - just right, not the more common feed-the-whole-village pile. The beer list was rather weak. Wine or a cocktail might be a better bet. NYC water hasn't hurt... We had some friends in to visit and we just dropped by Olea for brunch. I had a delicious egg white omelet with greens. The table shared the Savory homemade Ricotta with pesto and walnuts - really yummy. We asked for extra pita not to leave any behind. Another order was the Spanish Pitza - very good. We eat vegetarian... More

We found this restaurant wandering in Fort Greene near the Flea Market. We ate outside in a tiny table. We had quinoa taboule, vegetables with pitas, spicy lamb with vegetables and egg on top. Everything was delicious. Service was very kind and fast. I also had one creme catalana (standard quality) and two espressos. We spent 63 dollars plus tip.

Neighbour joint in Brooklyn serving massive portions! Great atmosphere and good food, we had the greek style paella which could have served a family of four.

this is our go to place when we visit Brooklyn. We usually go for Brunch. It is well worth the wait to eat here. My favorite is the Green eggs and Lamb but a close second is the Parmesan Toast. The creativity in this dish is outstanding. I love the Tahini Butter with toast. The drinks are also wonderful. The... More
