The restaurant was across the street from our apartment in Brooklyn. This neighborhood spot was actually full of atmosphere and African decor. The owner greeted us and spot about the inspiration for the spot. The food was really good and the portion sizes were sufficie. Would return.

Le Toukouleur is an exotic , chic looking restaurant with African art and decor with chic , modern touches . The menu offers a French African fusion cuisine. the food is excellent , the restaurant is clean and service is good with extremely pleasant waitstaff.
