Breakfast or brunch is great here, especially if you are hungry for an authentic Israeli breakfast. The shashuka (poached eggs in a middle eastern tomato sauce) is excellent. So is the hummus, labanah (a yougurt type cheese much like sour cream only much better), borekas, Mediterranean crispy dough and potato pancakes. For those not adventurous, eggs, french toast, etc are... More

A friend and I were in Brooklyn for a couple days and someone had mentioned Miriam as a possible brunch spot. Although we preferred the typical bagels in NY breakfast, we decided to take a look. And wow- we made the right decision! The entire staff was friendly and helpful during our entire meal. The food was delicious and fresh,... More

We went to Miriam for a leisurely brunch while visiting our daughter in Park Slope. While most of the menu items were a little unique, they were all delicious and much less exotic than they may have appeared. We really enjoyed the Croque Madam, the Mediterranean Crispy Dough and the Shakshuka. They were all a little different, and very tasty.... More

Came here for dinner before an event at Barclay Center. We were accomodated even though we didn't have a reservation. My husband is a picky non vegan vegetarian and there was plenty on the menu for him to choose from. The service was very good as was the food. The owner took the time to greet each table. The restaurant... More

I have been here for brunch a few months earlier and returned for dinner the other day. Food was very good (again) and although there is not a huge selection of mixed drinks, the one I got was excellent. Nice wine selection as well. The service was good for the most part. The only thing I did not love was... More

We stopped in here today for coffee and to rest a while with our baby. Really lovely place. Bright, tremendous 80's music, and very friendly service. Great wifi connection too. Can't comment on the food but the other patrons looked very happy.

We ended up at this restaurant when the one we planned to go to was closed. This turned out to be a very nice option. We went with a small group for brunch, which is served until 4:00pm. I had the Israeli breakfast, and it was terrific. Everyone ordered something different, and every choice turned out to be very good.... More
