Only went for a quick lunch but wished we could have spent longer in this great Italian eaterie. Delicious soup of the day for the adults and scrumptious pasta for the young ones.Attentive and friendly service.Nice rustic atmosphere.

This is probably the best Italian Resturant in Park slope. The Food is great the decor is nice the wait is terrible.I would go there and put my name down in the book and then go grab drinks in one of the bars right there.

My sons have lived in Brooklyn for more then ten years and we have wanted to eat at Al Di La for years however we are usually up only on the weekend making it hard to get into the restaurant for dinner. We came up on Thursday and decided to head over and try to eat when the room opened.... More

This is one of the best places to eat in Brooklyn. We had dinner here on a Saturday night before a concert at the Barclays center. The restaurant is always crowded so make a reservation for sure. The ambience is very Brooklyn cozy. The food is a twist on traditional Italian food. The portions a bit small but food quality... More

We ended up there by accident (the restaurant we were going to was closed and this one was the closest), but what a find! We had three adults and two children and everyone was happy with their food, which is no small feat. There was no dish on the table that was not exquisite . The service was attentive but... More

Wow!! Dropped by relatives in Brooklyn and stayed longer than expected so we went to dinner. We had all heard of Al di La but none of us had been there. That's going to change! Sepia and Oxtail salad, rabbit entree, steaks, veal milanese, fresh pasta. My wife and I want to eat the menu. Great thing is, its a... More

We have been going to and enjoying Al Di La's rustic, Northern Italian cuisine since it opened in 1998. This past Friday my husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Al Di La doesn't take reservations (not for a small party anyway), but we were lucky to get a table for 2 at around 8pm. The decor is... More

A nice quiet restaurant in Park Slope in Brooklyn. Comprehensive menu with a good spectrum of daily specials. The cheese and fig entree was unique and tasty. We shared a lovely sea bream fish broiled and moist, lightly garnished. Rated highly by the local area restaurant crowd, the main dining area was full. We were immediately directed around the corner... More

I grew up in an Italian family, both grandparents from Italy. I had one of the best pasta dishes in 54 years here. Prices reasonable, service excellent. 3 of us ate for $109 plus tip and that included a bottle of wine and dessert. Can't wait to go back.

It was too salty on Spaghetti Bongole.and other pasta dishes. I had to return the my dish and they never apologize instead ,waiter told me it supposed to be that way. I will not go back.
