Took the family and parents here. If you are looking for a great Russian cafe for lunch, try Tatiana. The soups were all great, the salads were also very good. The service was also good especially considering it was a Sunday afternoon in winter, in Brighten Beach!

Eating on the boardwalk was fun. Food and service were very good. We loved the lamb chops! Waiters gave good recommendations.

Horrible food that is not worth the prices they charge. Burger for which they charged $17 was on a stale crumbling bun. The attitude of the server was, very Russian - inconsiderate at best. Poor value, bad food, bad service.

My friends and i come here all the way from jersey at least once a month. I love the fact that they have outside seating and you can look at the ocean and have a cigarette..if you're into that kind of thing. The food is great, but pricey. They have russian beer too so thats awesome :) The staff knows... More

There are 2 of them on the boardwalk. Restaurant and cafe. Menu food and prices are almost identical. Best of all is scenery, the ocean, walking crowd, ocean breeze. Food is not bad, but kind of on expensive side. Service is not terrible but kinda sloppy.

I was born and raised in NYC and always thought it underutilized it's waterfront locations. Tatiana's is the type of place that should line Brooklyn and Queens... instead of the Belt Parkway. It's a beautiful location in a very safe part of Brooklyn- far enough away from the bad parts of Coney Island that you can eat on the boardwalk... More

I guess Russians are really fond of potato. So much that Tatiana choose to have it listed as a very first side dish and with "market price" next to it. I ordered lamb kebab there last Sunday. The dish came with no side. Called waitress, asked for "potatoes or something". Waitress checked if "home fried pota to with mushrooms be... More

Ate here in June 2009. Food good. Unless you speak Russian, the service is very surly and unfriendly. When I visited I started speaking english to the waitstaff and the service was very ordinary, changed to Russian and the service improved markedly. Nice location on the beach. Be prepared to be overcome by smoke. Customers smoking at every table. Staff... More
