Wonderful little restaurant

Second time to Henry's - went on a Monday night. No problem getting a table at 6:45. The food is remarkable. They have a great menu included a prix fix option. This time I ordered from the menu - the walnut crusted chicken with pears. Delicious. Maybe the best chicken dish I've ever had... read more

This restaurant has been here longer than any Brooklyn Heights resident I've met, and it's been a winner for several generations. It's small and cozy and fills up fast on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are for larger parties only, as I recall. Although this restaurant is known for its unusual game offerings, you will have a great meal even... More

Nice little find in Brooklyn. Meal: Really enjoyed my peppercorn steak. Nice cut of meat, prepared well. Side dishes are modest in size, but still enjoyable. Service: Waitress was friendly. Service was a little slow, but our water was kept topped off all night, which we appreciated. Env: Had to squeeze around tables as the restaurant was cramped. But that... More

We all had the pepper stakes. The preparation and presentation was excellent. The small was European but romantic in nature.

Mark the owner is a great, super accommodating Food is fantastic usually 3 different duck choices and some of the best fried chicken in Brooklyn! Nice wine selection, reasonably priced. Been there as a couple and with large group. Always very good all around!

Family met near our son's school to have dinner in a Brooklyn Heights. Used Trip Advisor to find a good place and Henry's End had great reviews and some interesting offerings, like duck and many seasonal wild game items like venison, elk etc. We had steak, duck, pasta and chicken along with four different wine by glass (8-12 bucks per)... Have been dining here for more than 25 years and the food and wine are always delicious. The best ribs I have ever tasted, anywhere, and a great wine selection. It is a little bit of New Orleans in New York. Go!

My husband and I were waiting for almost a year to try the gaming festival at this place, where they serve exotic meats like turtle soup, elk, kangaroo, wild boar and alligator. We loved to try new/crazy food, we enjoy the turtle soup was like ground meant savory and tender. My husband had the mix grill, the elk taste like... More

very nice menu, and a special "wild bites" menu, I had the duck and my wife scottish salmon, both very good. Nice atmosphere, and good wait-staff , so I would go again. Little sticker shock , but you get what you pay for.
