This was one of the most enjoyable and scrumptious diners that I have experienced. From the tender calamari appetizer, the divine lobster ravioli and closing with the tiramisu, the quality and presentation was superb. The friendly and obliging staff was just a crowning glory on this exceptionally pleasant evening on a rainy November night that happened to be my birthday.... More

Recently had a family birthday celebration for 15 people. We got 2 tables in a private corner. We ordered a set menu for the early dinner. Nice hot antipasto and arugula salads, Baked clams, eggplant rollatini, shrimps oreganata. All were tasty . Also got a choice of 2 pastas. Pasta was good. Chicken Saltmibocca was good.Veal Marsala was a little... More

Seven of us dined on a Friday evening - for a birthday celebration with our immediate family (two live within walking distance of Gino's). While our reservation was not ready upon arrival we grabbed martinis and wine at the bar - bartender was exceptional. Mango martini is among the best, fruity martinis ever. Hot antipasto excellent, seared Scallops, one of... More

Always reliable, always delicious. Try the sea bass. Pizza is pretty good too. Have been going to Gino's since it was just a pizzeria with a couple of little booths in the back.

The first time we were taken to this restaurant was in July. I had the penne vodka and the portion was so huge that I couldn't eat it all. No leftovers for me as we were flying home the next day (sent them with my daughter who lives in NYC). I kept thinking about that food and wanting to go... More

It is easy to see why Gino's has been here so long once you get there. We had a reservation, got there a few minutes early and sat at the bar, enjoying the ambience. Menu was great, since I don't eat seafood I liked the selection of non seafood dishes. Service was quick and friendly. I had the chicken part... More

We met up with six friends from the New York area for a meal to celebrate the start of our big anniversary trip. The location couldn't have been better. The at osphere in the place was buzzing, but youdidn't have to shout to make yourself heard. The food was excellent and the service was exactly what you'd expect in an... More

The food here is superb- always! The prices are moderate- always! I love this restaurant although the dining environment can be noisy and chaotic.. I return again and again.

In a great Brooklyn neighborhood you will find this throw back to great eateries with a nice menu, excellently crafted food, friendly and helpful service that will have you wanting to come back time and again. Not just your "typical" food, flavors are abundant and traditional, yet a zing of individuality. I highly recommend this reasonably priced, high taste value... More

In one of Brooklyn's perenially best neighborhoods is decades is Gino's, a great family restaurant with exquisite (but real) food, a compendious menu, lovely service -- and a feeling, to someone of a certain age (like moi) of the classic neighborhood restaurants your parents took you to growing up in the '40s and '50s. It's a throwback to another, better... More
