I heard about Grimaldi’s from one of those FoodNetwork shows so of course I had to try the pizza! Especially since I grew up near Old Forge PA….the pizza capital! We arrived around 3pm via taxi, which was perfect for after the lunch crowd and before the dinner crowd. We did not have to wait in line but the place... More

My husband and I went with a friend who was giving us a tour through Brooklyn. Even he was surprised that we were seated right away and no lines. We asked for half italian sausage and half pepperoni. Very very good pizza. Would definitely go back. When we left there was a line outside the door. =)

My friend from Brooklyn sad it was amazing. We have 4 kids and the pies were ok. Definitely not commercial pies which we were ok with. The atmosphere was good. Parking was rough, but that s expected in Brooklyn. Great spot to eat after walking he Brooklyn Bridge.

If you want the absolutely best pizza while in NYC, visit Grimaldi's in Brooklyn Heights. Great location, under the Brooklyn Bridge, at Fulton's Landing. Great views of lower Manhattan after you have a great pie !!

Solid, but not great. Menu could use a salad. Flies were everywhere. Service was efficient but slightly brusque. We had some strange people sitting next to us (yes luck of the draw) but know that you will be seated very close to other - slightly precarious when leaving the booth side - so as not to brush up against either... A friend of mine had told me that if I'm in Brooklyn I must go to Grimaldi's and so hey, after a fantastic sunset walk over the Brooklyn Bridge, that's what my friends and I did. There was a small queue outside at around 8:30pm on a Saturday night but we didn't have to wait long before being ushered inside... More

We were told this was the best pizza in Brooklyn and were definitely not disappointed! You have to buy a whole "pie" and they only accept cash. Their pizza doesn't have a lot of ingredients as true Italian pizza should be. The pizzas are made at the front of the restaurant and are cooked in a coal brick oven (you... More
