Place used to be the area, and near by area staple. Reliable place you could go for any meal or any occasion. Food quality went drastically down. For example the mussels in spicy red sauce I had last time had the same delicious sauce, but now we're made w mussels that were so smelly the sauce didn't cover up the... More

I was at Cebu and I had an excellent experience. I arrived a bit after noon and was offered the lunch special which is a beer and a burger for $10. It comes with a salad or fries, I decided on the salad. This was one of the best burgers I have ever had, the salad was fresh and crisp,... More

This is one of those places that is always packed and very lively. People spilling out onto the sidewalks, wide open doors for easy access and people having a great time. The bar is always busy and crowded. The restaurant is actually several buildings that have been internally linked with lots of rooms going off in different directions. It has... More

I have been here a number of times because I live very close to it. The food is good. I don't think I've had a terrible meal here; I just can't remember anything that was particularly wonderful. I have had a good burger, good brunch, good fish, etc. The place is huge but you want to be in the big... More

I've eaten here a couple of times, once outside. Great atmosphere, I loved the seating and decor. Despite it being spacious, it's usually crowded and you may need to wait for a table. Service was slow and I had to look for the waiter to get drink refills twice. Food is delicious but on the expensive side. You can easily... More

This place has ok food just extremely overpriced for what it is and for the area as well. Service is not always great especially if you seat outside. Their burgers are very good and priced alright. Ambiance is good

We just had a Bridal Dinner at Cebu for a group of about 25. Dinner was served in the private room of Cebu. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was served family style which was a nice surprise since everyone could try each dish. The wait staff was attentive and professional. It was a very good experience. I noticed... More

I know Mother's Day is probably a time to lower your expectations. We didn't wait that long to be seated but the service was slow and the food was average. The eggs Benedict were okay but nothing special. I would like to come back another day to try it out again. My family has eaten there before and were well... More

A friend and I tried Cebu as it came highly recommended by my family. It took too long to be seated. The portions were small. I had to send back my main course as it was cold. I ordered mint tea after the meal and I was served green tea (which I don't like but I couldn't be bothered to... More
