Ok, but no better

This restaurant was convenient for us on the way home from the Bergen St subway station to Henry St so we thought we'd give it a try. It was satisfactory in every respect but not a place we'd go back to.

extensive tex-mex menu. has a small children's menu with taco, burger, chicken nuggets and another item or two. large drink menu and drink specials. also has a brunch menu which looked good. our service was very bad but there appeared to be only one waiter serving all tables. even so, the service was poor, it wasn't busy enough to warrant... Menu was extensive and my wife and her family had been before and rated highly. Went on our last day in Brooklyn and has a pleasant meal - plenty of it too. Given the rave reviews from the family I was expecting amazing- and perhaps my menu choice wasn't the greatest - but was a little underwhelmed

Entertaining place to have those refried beans and tacos swilled down with excellent margaritas ... and craft beers too. Just make sure you pick the right door to get in!

LOBO has the same kind of hip vibe as JOYA across the street. I had lunch here last week and sat at one fo the five tables in the bar area, on the first floor. (There appears to be an upstairs dining area, but I didn’t get to see it.) I chose the “Edwin’s Enchiladas” with Spanish sauce for $12.... More

We have been to Lobo's in Park Slope and were content with the overall dining experience. The personnell were friendly, the food was good but it is not the best Mexican cousine we have had. Good local spot.

This place was excellent the first few months I went. Lately it has not been as tasty, maybe the cook needs to retrain at Maudies in TX. But for Tex-Mex food in NY this place is excellent. They have queso dip, not just melted cheese, but actually more similar to what we find in TX. The drink our good too!... More

Love the drinks, chips, food and vibe, especially downstairs by the bar.

The food is way too salty and not that great, except the guacamole. HOWEVER, the margaritas are yummy.
