Very good Thai food at reasonable prices

Last weekend we visited Brooklyn and after a long day touring about with our children and taking in a movie, we were in search of a good Asian restaurant with reasonable pricing, Joya fit the bill. This looks like a small place but actually is a reasonably large restaurant with an active bar... read more

My sister is quite a big fan of Joya and hence decided to take me here when I was visiting. After a 45 min wait on a Saturday night we were shown to our table. The food was simply amazing! We are vegetarian and found quite a few options to choose from. The staff were friendly and the ambience fun.... More

A great Thai place, and extremely reasonable prices! I had a crispy duck pad Thai for 10 dollars which was huge, and the spring rolls were generous portions too. A small drinks list, but covers most tastes. Joya can get busy, but you put your name down and wait at the bar

No matter what state I have lived in, when coming to NY Joya is a must! If you love Thai food & good drinks come here! This last trip I came to Joya with a large group. We did have to wait awhile, all of your group must be present for them to seat you. Once seated the service was... More

4 years ago I got married. We were not having a formal rehearsal dinner, but rather had a group of 20 that we would try to assemble somehow after their visit in the city that day. I wanted them to have the best thai food we would ever recommend. Knowing we would all show up at different times and the... More

This place is amazing! I've been going here for years and their food is awesome! My favorite is their Chicken Pad See Yue and the calamari. The ambiance is nice. They used to only accept cash and that was the only flaw with Joya, but I believe they recently hooked up there credit card machines. Another great thing is that... More

We had a farewell dinner for a friend. The hostess was so rude. The food was not tasty. It is the worst Thai Restaurant that I have ever been to base on both food and service. The waitpersons came so often to clean the dishes even we did not finish. Everyone in our party were so upset about this restaurant.

A friend of mine who frequents this restaurant took me with her yesterday. Not only is the food delicious but the service is wonderful. A bit noisy but that was easily forgotten with such great food. I love the brick setting which gives you that cozy, at-home feeling. The prices are very reasonable too!
