I was part of a large party and was informed we had a fixed menu, of which I had no choice of what was to be served, except for the three bottles of Pacina Toscana Rosso I ordered. The food was very delicious. There were two salad dishes, one of mixed greens and the other cucumber and stuff. I loved... More

Lunch at Franny's July 3. Best thin crusted pizza we have ever had. Wood fired oven. Nicely updated restaurant. Worth the trip into Brooklyn from Lower Manhattan, if you like thin crusted pizza. It is expensive but worth the experience and history of Franny's.

Busy, trendy restaurant, but I got a table without a reservation, and only waited for 5 minutes. Service was good. Pizza was very good, if a little salty, perfect was down buy a tall glass of lemonade.

Amazing restaurant featuring local produce, behind the menu they give you the names where they source their produce. The pizza was out of this world, and the squid salad was very good. The pasta was good but not as spectacular as the pizza.

Franny's was recommended as THE best pizza in Park Slope area of Brooklyn. I called and ordered a takeout pizza. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked over to the restaurant. It was filled to the brim with 20-30ish singles and young couples. They didn't put the order in until I paid, so THEN I waited... More

Went to Franny's off a recommendation of a friend and also from seeing it on Food Network. Let me start off by saying that I normally don't judge a restaurant when people leave reviews about the price because I don't mind paying higher prices for good food. Having that been said Franny's was a little overpriced for where it's located... More

My husband and I went to Franny's for his birthday dinner. Although we live nearby we rarely go to Franny's because it is a bit pricey. We started the meal with the crostini with roasted pancetta with leek butter, beets with pistachios, capers and farmer cheese and the purple barley with radishes, dates, almonds and pecorino. The star appetizer was... More

Frannys was recommended to us by a local we met in a bar - his recommendation was spot on! The restaurant was busy and buzzing when we arrived with people waiting to be seated. We ordered take out from their menu and were not disappointed. The crust was lovely and thin. The topping packed a flavour punch too. Would happily... More

Was really excited when my son in law suggested this. Had read about it in the ny times. Very disappointed , $8 for 2 slices on bread with olive oil Many families but no crayons or paper for kids to,occupy themselves . When we came in there were empty tables but they made us wait for over 10 minutes. Pizza... More
