Once you walk in it feels like you are transported in time to the 1920's with the ambiance, decor, and lighting. Food is good even if the menu is very small. I love the jazz in the evenings.

Thanks Moto, for a great romantic evening. My girl and I went this Monday for a relaxing evening of delicious Italian food and very tasty wine. The live jazz band added so much to our experience, transporting us back in time. There was also a party of 4 who must have been on their way to a party as they... More

Even the visiting Europeans are finding out about Moto. The food is fantastic, especially with the new menu and chef. The atmosphere is cool Williamsburg vibe. Enjoy live music most nights at 9pm (check schedule as it may vary nights) and early for brunch. I love this place fist off though for the people that work there... You are the... More

A few weeks ago I saw a documentary a out the development of this restaurant. I am a hospitality professional, always cheering on the underdog. These guys really struggled to turn their dream to reality. The failure rate for new restaurants is enormous, so I nervously Googled this place to see if 10 years after opening they were still open.... More

We tried restaurants of all kinds in New York, from pricey-gourmet to OK 24-hour joint, and Moto provided the best meal of all, from haute cuisine to vegen, at reasonable prices: about $40 each, with wine. It's a funky restaurant in a transitional Brooklyn neighborhood but well worth the trip.

Have been there twice now, both times they had an interesting yet simple menu - good stuff. Plus a musical perfomance, the first time of a Jazz Band - cool cats, the second time a German girl playing a lit-up acordion, dressed in all white - weird but beautiful, she played "Die Moritat von Mackie Messer" by Kurt Weill from...
