If you're going to sin with doughnuts, this is the place!

The doughnuts in this place are worth a trip to Brooklyn (and I live in California!). I had the cafe au lait doughnut and my daughter had the cheesecake doughnut. Excellent fortifications for our day at the Metropolitan museum!

I'm not a doughnut guy, but I found myself back in this spot real soon after I tasted my first doughnut from here. I really like the hibiscus glazed doughnut, but they are all baked really well and are delicious. Definitely a must stop for doughnuts in NYC.

This is a must for any tourist to Brooklyn. The Donuts are simply amazing, like nothing you have ever had before. And I normally do not really care that much for donuts. Flavors range from Chocolate with Sea Salt, Hibiscus with Orange, to Cafe Au Lait and your regular old Glaze. It is not that easy to get to if... More

better than most, but the cost to quality ratio doesn't match up--and as others have noted, afaik, they only do yeast raised donuts, so only a partial comparison to nyc's other luxury donut purveyor, doughnut plant, is possible. so what do you get? yes, the yeast-y dough is good. . .yes they are large, but they should be for the... This bakery is awesome. If you come here at the right time, you will be greeted by the best doughnuts ever. Sure they're a little pricey and you can get them at the Whole Foods on 3rd and 3rd but wouldn't it be satisfying eating one of these bad boys freshly baked earlier the same day? The trek is worth... Melt in your mouth, homemade, gigantic doughnuts. This place lives up to the hype. If you're a doughnut fan, this is your place.

It's a great donut but that's all it is. Just one. One donut with many different topping options. As pricey as expected in this artisinal donut arena. I've tried about 6 flavors now and I'm over it. I'll be spending my $ at the doughnut plant for a real selection and chocolate donuts to die for . .

While it helps that it is walking distance from my apartment, these donuts are excellent. They have a staple of regular ones that we love, cinnamon sugar and chocolate covered, and then they branch out into out of the ordinary territory. Hibiscus, passion fruit, coconut and nutella are among my favorites. Worth a trip if you are in the neighborhood... More

This place has BY FAR the best donuts in the city, state, nation, and most likely the world. Their tag line is "Brooklyn's Finest", however this is misinformation. It should be "World's Finest". If you aren't in the Brooklyn area, it is worth the trip out of Manhattan to Brooklyn for this piece of Heaven. Although, I have heard they... More
