Homemade Heaven

I once worked literally around the corner from this bake shop and would venture inside for chocolate brioche and a cup of hot chocolate. I've also had their sandwiches and other pastries and goodies but I could never pull away from the brioche. PROS: All cafe's offer free wi-fi and though this... read more

Staffed by helpful and cheery people, this small bakery-sweet shop is clean with a variety of healthful and sweet treats. We tried the biscotti, granola bars, and granola (sweet and unsweetened) and enjoyed them all. We also had the black and white cookies. Warning - these balck and white cookies came with a thick layer of cupcake icing and not... More

We popped in once or twice during our stay and really liked it, gorgeous food drinks and staff, what more can be said? I wish the UK had places like this. Friendly, local, independent coffee shop serving high end baked goods! Nom nom!

Come early and you know what the locals know, you get the best choice of freshly baked treats and don't forget to add a tasty drink to go along with it.

Always the sweetest service, and delicious treats. Don't miss the macarons for adults, and cupcakes for the kiddos.

Great macarons, yum hot chocolate for the kids, and always a smile from the team behind the counter.

we visited Joyce Bakeshop on a lazy, rainy, dreary, Sunday morning. There were other brave souls in the coffee shop wearing rubber rain boots with umbrellas who ventured outside today as well. My friend ordered a very fattening croissant and I opted for the almond muffin and a small regular coffee. It was delicious, not too sweet and baked to... More
