I actually visited the store on 11th Ave. in Manhattan. Wow, I love great ice cream and hunt it down everywhere I visit. Ample Hills has GREAT ice cream, I had a dark chocolate ice cream with Guinness Stout and spicy brownie mixed in. I did not get spice, but the ice cream was fantastic. Go out of your way... More

This is quite the ice cream experience because the flavors are unlike any you would have elsewhere - and they are all dreamy. From the Mexican Chocolate to the Malt and Haze this is a treat for your tastebuds - and perfect on a hot day in Brooklyn. This is THE place to seek out and enjoy in the city... More

I went there with my girlfriend. Staff is very friendly and let's you have a taste of everything. We decided for 2 ice creams. Unfortunately they were more on the salty side than something sweet. Not too bad but I like my ice cream sweet. Nevertheless the ice cream was good.

I tried a few sample of ice creams at the main location by the Gowanus Canal. I did order the Bourbon Street which was delicious. I also had a few other flavors when I went the Brooklyn Bridge Park. It is about $5 but it's sooo DELICIOUS!

There have been many ice cream places -- but Ample Hills Creamery stands out as the most remarkable. The flavors are so fresh and imaginative. And so delicious!

I love the ice cream here, I do, even though I don't usually favor ice cream with add-ins. They often have special flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Very creative creamery. I've been to this one, to the one in Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the newest one at 305 Nevins. All great. The only caution is that this particular... More

We couldn't decide which of the numerous flavors to try so we settled on a "flight" of ice cream - 6 small scoops served in a single dish and just enough for the three of us to share. We especially loved the Pistachio Pistachio (pistachio ice cream with pistachios in it) and Ooey Gooey. Be sure to go early or... More

I waited in the longest line on a hot sunny day and it was well worth it. Get one of there six scoop travelers. It is the best way to taste a small sample of each flavor. I had the Snap Crackle, Donna's, Salted Carmel, Sweet Cream etc. It was really good and the staff is really friendly. It is... More

We called into Ample Hills after a long day out for some takeaway - good decision. We both tried a couple of flavours and they were all yummy. But by far the best was Peppermint Party - outstanding flavour and texture. If your in the area , pay this place a visit...
