Wow. That's about all

Wow. That sums it up. Food was great. Service was great. Presentation was great. All of the reviews about the chef having prejudices- can't believe them after dining here I just think those people made it up. 16/17 courses were utterly amazing. The 17th -- foie gras with crab in a broth... read more

All of the reviews about the chef having prejudices- can't believe them after dining here I just think those people made it up. 16/17 courses were utterly amazing. The 17th -- foie gras with crab in a broth- not my favorite but to score 16/17 is... More

Six weeks ago, my partner redialed for about two hours before finally booking a reservation to celebrate my birthday last night. We just came from Copenhagen where we spent a week having glamour dinners, so I was curious how Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare would compare. And after all those magical courses, I have to say this was the best... More

You cannot find better products somewhere. on the other side- if you are using this high quality products in super reduced style dishes it is not so difficult to performe! I had... More

Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is an interesting open plan kitchen. Food was exceptional and service very good. The organization and attention to detail was impressive. The logistics of assembling all on the minute components of 18 courses was remarkable. The quality of the ingredients and preparation was a delight. We had the wine pairing which was not as good... If you are a food enthusiast, this is the place to come. There is no place like it in Manhattan. Chef Ramirez is the quiet king of this kitchen. He rules not only the flavor and texture but his meticulous attention to temperature is what calls him out as one of the world's finest! 45 days in advance for reservations... More

Maybe it was the snotty owner who wouldn't acknowledge that he was cooking in front of 20 people who were hoping for some sort of interaction. Maybe it was the rapid pace in which the 18 courses were served with only moments between bites Maybe it was the protein only menu without a vegetable in sight. Maybe it was the... More

After 100 redials on my iPhone (I know that now cause it stops counting at 99!) I got a reservation. Loved the small space and layout. We were lucky to be the 2 seats at the end closest to the kitchen, and made friends with the awesome couple next to us. The food was delicious. I hated Uni and almost... More

We went to Brooklyn Fare 29.10.2014 to celebrate my 65. th birthday. From the outside hard to find, was placed behind somekind of glasstunnel, so we stroled to and fro, to finally finding the restaurant . We came early about 30 min before the reservation which was 7:45 PM, the show was rolling already for people seated . We sat... More

We went here and to be honest was pretty disappointed. It's very expensive and the confusing food makes for a weird combination. I felt like they care more about presentation rather than the taste. When your paying nearly $400 each and it's not the best food you've ever tasted it's defiantly disappointing. The lady at the table who explains the... More

Brooklyn Fare is a staple of the neighborhood. The aisles are clean and the options plentiful. Prices are on par with other independent grocers.
