I ordered Chirashi (seasoned rice with slices of fresh fish) and was absolutely satisfied. The dish was beautifully arranged and the quality and taste of the fish was just excellent. Cool atmosphere and great food at a reasonable price.

Service is quirky. The 2 for 1 drinks appear to be a big draw. Warning: doesn't apply to beer. The rolls are huge and sometimes served a bit warm which worries me.

Ozu’s interior is modern, dark and kinda sexy – as Japanese restaurants often are. They have lots of sushi on the menu but, since I find sushi disgusting, I had chicken Teriyaki from the “Lunch Special “ menu. It came with soup, salad and rice. At only $8.50, it was an excellent deal, even though the food itself was just... More

This Brooklyn Heights Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, Food is consistent and good. Lunch as I said is a deal. The top price is $11.00 and includes soup, salad etc etc. It is plentiful and difficult to finish. ( I usually take some home). Try the 2 for 1 drink special.

Car. We called the car Ozu after the three letters on the license plate. Ozu, the restaurant, is a place we've only ordered delivery from, but we do it often. Their special rolls are imaginative, though there's a bit too much reliance on avocado. They make several crispy duck dishes that are essentially versions of or variations on Beijing Duck... More

Stepping in the door you immediately see what a pretty restaurant this is. You also notice that you are warmly greeted by staff. The room consists of a large sushi bar where you can see all the fresh fish and how the expert sushi chefs prepare the beautifully presented platters. At the tables, the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. The... More

We are avid sushi lovers adn have eaten at many Japanese restaurants. This place was among the best. Starting with the miso soup and salad, both were delicious. The soup was filled with flavor. Our salads were fresh and had just the right amount of dressing. Our table ordered a mix of appettizers bento boxes (huge servings) and sushi. The... More
