Best Key Lime Pie north of Florida

Fabulous, house made key lime pie to die for. They also service many restaurants in Brooklyn and the other boroughs. You can have a small pie and eat it right outside but most get the family sized pie for home.

This was sooo good! They have three different sizes of the pies, I got the smallest one @ $5.50 and it was sublime. It tasted extremely fresh and natural and I had no guilt whatsoever eating this. The only drawback was the crust was just a bit too sweet.

Our family of four stumbled onto this delightful place in July. We ordered limeade and individual sized key lime pies. Everything was delicious. The owner, Steve, was there and chatted with us. He even gave our 12 year old son a free second key lime pie since he devoured his 1st one with much gusto. We also enjoyed the guard... More

It's simple - the pies are super delicious, and really have no equal. The owner also gave us a free tart with the purchase of a pie - YUM!

I go to Steve's Authentic for one thing - great pies made with basic ingredients without artificial flavors or colors. Sometimes, Steve himself or his lovely wife is behind the counter. There's no (picnic) table service or restrooms, but it's not a restaurant. Steve's business, after all, is making pies with fresh squeezed key limes. If it's not crazy busy... More

1st off I live in Brookyn. The pies are pricey in my opinion. A 10" is $30. The pies taste good but, over priced.. My family & I visited right after they just closed. Another family was also, there. The guy behind the counter opened up for us. He even gave my daughter a free swingle. It's a chocolate covered... More

The lime pie is very good, maybe to sweet for my taste, but good. And it is fantastic to have it on the Valentino pier in front of the sea in the strong wind while looking far in the sea. So romantic !

The pies are definitely expensive, I believe I paid $20 for an 8in pie. They offer three sizes from a $6 personal tart to a 10in pie. Though it is very expensive, I seem to find myself stopping in every few months to fill the craving. Yes, may perhaps be the best Key Lime Pie I have ever had. Stop... More

This is, by far, the finest key lime pie I've ever eaten, regardless of the location. Steve's is one of two places in the entire country that squeezes their own limes and makes them into these wonderful delights. The chocolate-dipped swingles are a little piece of heaven on a stick, and his pies are unbelievable. One bite and you will... More
