We came here while looking for a place with outside seating and ended up pleasantly surprised. The chicken entrée and grape leaves were wonderful! I recommend it!

My husband and I were staying in Brooklyn and decided to order in through Seamless- we were not disappointed! We ordered the Mixed Appetizer and Yogurtlu Shish Keabab and they were absolutely delicious. We shared both dishes and it was perfect- you can sample each of the dishes on the Mixed Appetizer and the portions were perfect for two people.... More

A Brooklyn native took me here for my first visit. I had the lentil soup, the sea bass which came with two sides;I chose rice and a salad. The food was delicious and the service was great. I topped my meal off with warm bread pudding with ice cream. I don't think that I've had Turkish food before but I... More

Walked in post-A10 Basketball. Were seated quickly, served well and the food was delicious. Had the falafel, asparagus + couscous and mixed grill. Chicken was flavored so nicely. Owner friendly and appreciative of our business. Reasonable price, too. Would highly recommend.

Many great Turkish and Middle Eastern dishes along with some just okay. Try the lamb gyro, the mixed vegetarian appetizer, and the mixed grill (a huge meal). The wine selection is mundane but inexpensive. Dine leisurely. Deserts are quite good.

Not too fancy (in fact, not fancy at all), but the food is consistently good and the service is impeccable. I go quite often, and have not been disappointed. I always enjoy myself at Deniz. The waiters are very friendly and they play great music. Everyone i take there loves it. I highly recommend this place.

I love authentic Turkish food and this is it. Aside from that the staff is great and the restaurant is lovely. It has big windows and opens onto a pretty triangle of other restaurants and cafes. It has a nice bar.

Had dinner at Deniz (June 2). Food excellent, ambience great/comfortable, service friendly, attentive, prices fair. Location: excellent, in lovely Fort Greene, just a few steps from C train-Lafayette station. Dishes tried: Grilled whole Branzini (a great white fish, Mediterranean) - beyond superb. :) Lamb Sautee- small pieces sauteed with onions, mushrooms - very good Grilled salmon kebobs - beautifully presented... The food was very good and fresh. The lamb adena was excellent and so was the salmon kabob. A little on the pricy side, but a good place if you are in the neighborhood.
