Impromptu dinner was a nice surprise

Seem to be a big hit with locals as it can be difficult to get a table for dinner. If you manage to sit outside when weather allows it is absolutely lovely. Service wasn't quick but staff are very nice and attentive. Now let's get to the important stuff. The food was fantastic!! Continental european food with a pan-american interpretation... More

My brother and I enjoyed a good lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The staff is friendly. The location is great. There seems to always be a line, we were seated pretty quickly though. The food is good - the kale salad, the hamburger, and truffle fries are delicious. We split one of each between the two of us and had... More

Five Leaves serves some of the best coffee and breakfast in the city. Located in hip(ster) Williamsburg, it is an easy commute by subway (F train to Nassau). Beware that this is a local favorite and wait times can be long, especially on weekends. Once you get seated, feast your senses on delicious coffee, granola with fruits, ricotta pancakes, quiche,... We visited as a couple last week upon a recommendation. My ravioli portion size was unbelievably small and my husbands burger was just ok, had better. Perhaps we chose the wrong items, but we came away asking, what's all the hype about??

Early Saturday (4th July) came for breakfast. Avocado toast, fruit and walnut toast and bloody Mary's were amazing. Really European vibe. Excellent service.

Nice place. But too noisy, with friendly service (although a little slow). Had one of the best oysters of my life. They do not welcome vegetarians, once there is only one main dish (pasta, of course) and some salads. The tables are excessively close to others. Only one (and filthy) toilet is another bad point.

I have been to this restaurant a few times, and my experience is always the same. Great food, including one of the best burgers I've ever had and awesome breakfasts. A bit pricey but it is Williamsburg. In peak times, enjoy the experience of standing around on the street corner waiting for a table surrounded by hipsters and their dogs.... More

I love eating here for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I always take my friends when they are visiting and suggest it as a place to go when people ask 'where's good to eat around here?" Not only is the food delicious, but the staff is always super nice and bartenders make some amazing cocktails!

Our server was incredible and friendly! My Moroccan scramble was good. It was an unusual combo of sausage, chickpeas and avocado. A little too crowded and buzzing for me.
