All the food here looks pretty decent but the ricotta pancakes with fresh fruit, maple syrup and honeycomb butter were wonderful., my mouth's watering just thinking about them. The portion of pancakes is pretty colossal though so go on an empty stomach!

Food is always excellent. Service is top-notch, and the menu is interesting. We came at 6:30-ish and were lucky to get a table outside, or the wait would have been close to an hour. As we left, we saw quite a few people waiting.

Love this place! So busy though, there's a lomg line on weekends - both for a table and for the little coffee to go-window. As I was solo, I was seated fast - in the back by the kitchen and toilet (but I didn't mind at all). Had a stavk a ricotta pancakes, huge! And very tasty. Great coffee too.... More

On the edge of McCarren Park, and the south edge of Greenpoint, Five Leaves has an unmatched south west facing terrace - perfect shade for breakfast in the hot summer. Get there early, it's popular - for the scene, the location, the regulars, the coffee, the people watching and the food. Table spacing inside is perhaps the most snug I've... More

I stayed in Williamsburg on a recent trip to New York (I'm from New Zealand) and we came here 5 out of 8 days! I loved the Moroccan scramble, quinoa salad and the five leaves burger. Everything about this place is awesome including the friendly staff and cool vibes! Can't wait to come back :)

a few friends called Williamsburg home on a recent trip to NYC, its a great place and there are several little GEMS, this restaurant was one of them, The breakfast was fresh and the service was very efficient. They are pros, the meal was just a simple eggs and steak with a few nice fresh sides. The steak was amazing,... More

Numerous people have told me that five leaves was the "best brunch in NYC" . Judging on the size of NYC, the amount of eateries, and the melting pot of diversity as far as food descent goes, you would understand why I had such high hopes for this place. I ordered a the Big Breakfast of Eggs, chorizo, hashbrowns and... More
