I thought I was gonna love the pizza and everything else. I was unimpressed... I liked the place, the vibe, but the service was so so.. And I could even deal with that for fabulous pizza... But not here! Average and no memorable!

Wood-burning pizza at it's best. Perfect crust, cool place, loved the drinking-glasses - just plain jars. Bloody Mary before wasn't perfect but ok. Great orange wine from Goriska Brda was a definite plus.

Excellent brick oven pizza. Thin crispy crusty. Not too much cheese. Delicious sauce. Perfect. Don't let the state of the building scare you away. The graffiti only adds to the charm.

Our niece took us to Roberta's. What a find. Vibrant, crowded and casual at the same to times. Wood-fired pizzas were all imaginative and delicious. I wasn't expecting anything but average service but I was wrong -- it was great service.

roberta's serves creative delicious and distinctive food (the pizza too). you will eat very very well here. but there is so much more to the place than it's outstanding grub. while you wait for your table -- and reader, you will wait -- you will find yourself at the semi-outdoor bar, milling about with the lovely young inhabitants of the... Literally, hands down the best pizza in NYC - period. I have lived in NYC for 10 years and have yet to find a joint that tops Roberta's. The pizza menu changes daily, with some staples always being available. The staff is friendly and quick and the place is always buzzing. I will say, if you go, be prepared to... More

Roberta's Pizza is one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. The menu is superb and you'll definitely find yourself second guessing your order as everything seems tempting. Start off with plates you can share with a group like the Brussels Sprouts, Grilled Leeks and Kyoto Carrots. The cheese plate won't disappoint should you find yourself... More

I loved going to Roberta's for lunch. Great diverse menu with pizza, eggs, burgers among the wide selection of comfort foods and dishes available. Great coffee. Solid tasty drinks. Unrelentingly hip atmosphere. One of the great restaurants of NYC. Worth waiting more than an hour for...Beyond that, not so much. So call ahead and get an estimate of the wait.

I had long ago heard of Roberta's and waited a few years to finally make it and it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere is great, energetic. Long wait for a table, but drinks at the bar were a good way to tide us over. The pizzas and toppings are fantastic. Definitely recommend. and while you're there, check out Joe Ficalora's The... delicious pizza, but truly off the beaten path. not worth the trek if you're not in the bushwick area, but a neighborhood gem for those who are.
