Almost the feel of an old speakeasy Roberta's was hidden nicely in Brooklyn. We opted to eat from the bar on the patio to avoid a long delay inside. (Very Busy). A nice aperitif of Italian meats bread and oil started us on our way to enjoying several varieties of thin crust pizzas. Together with a nice house wine the... More

I've had several meals at Roberta's the past 3 years. The pizza is delicious and there are several creative offerings. My gripe with the place concerns very poor cocktail / spirit selection and "so so" service.

Eat in. Have a drink. Take away. Got it all. Had a take out and was good quick service. Order, grab a drink, head back to hostel.

Indeed this pizza is superb. Crispy and been in the wood oven long enough to get that 'just not burned bitter'. Topping is juicy but the bottom does not get wet; how do they do that? Brilliant. Location was surprising, it is a take away and you cannot enjoy your pizza in a comfortable setting. Eat it outside from the... More

I was craving for NY pizza when I was there on business so my good friend recommended Roberta's. It was this cool & rustic place where you get a whiff of good food cooking in their brick oven. I really loved that and we ordered pizza margherita which was very flavorful with a crunchy crust. They also have a full... More

Roberta's pizza is pretty famous in Brooklyn and since it was featured on the hit show Girls, it's gotten crazy popular. The restaurant is situated on an industrial estate in a dilapidated part of east Williamsburg and is certainly not a joy to reach on foot. You can enter the restaurant through the pretty cool garden, which doesn't open until... More

I've eaten a pizza in at least 1000 different restaurants all over the World, I tell you that Roberta's is definitely in my top 3. Beautiful location and very good food. Recommended!

One of the best pizzeria in Brooklyn! Cooking in an old school brick oven, the pizzas at Roberta’s are thin and crispy with slightly burnt crust. The vibe is humble and easy going but the service is average. We were there at 2pm so didn’t have to wait. But we heard the wait could be annoyingly long. So if possible,... More

I have tried this restaurant twice. And I still don't get why it is rated so highly. I had a Lil stinker pizza. The ingredients were good but the sum doesn't add to the parts. Everything was good but just not exceptional.

We have to come to this out of the way place on every visit to NYC. Amazing pizza choices in wood burning pizza oven. Also tried duck prosciutto, and smoked ribs. AWESOME. Great service, cool vibe. Seating at picnic tables, but never feel too close to others. Some outdoor seating in shaded area. Well worth the drive/walk to get here!
